Here is a LINK to an Airships.net article about the USS “Los Angeles” airship depicted in the poster.
It is indeed a Zeppelin ship made in Germany; ZR-3 is its serial number.
Here I am, my Cleo People and Puzzle Fans… or is that Cleo Fans and Puzzle People?
I’m having a confusing day…. but that doesn’t mean I’m confused about the puzzle!
I do have the solution for you… I just want to say that I tried all sorts of colors and combos, and even with three colors, one or two square rings may blend in…
As ever, I urge you to click the image to see it larger.
…
That is… IF you’ve done your part, and looked for all the differences first.
Montana Lady found them… Congratulations, ML! … and so can YOU.
When you’re finished… then you can
Check your solution HERE
….
While you’re working, or after, you can listen to Paul McCartney, and watch Bimbo opening layers of doors, in time to the music.
That gif, BTW, is a scene I remember from the Betty Boop cartoon we agreed here was scary… “Bimbo’s Initiation“, from 1931.
….
If I think I’m confused, I can tell you, I’ve got nothing on Betty Boop…
In her early cartoons, Bimbo the dog was her boyfriend.
Okaaay.
…
Actually, I’m told that in her first cartoon, Betty herself was a poodle, but I’ve never seen it.
Fleischer Studios turned her human, but forgot that maybe her still having a dog boyfriend was a little… confusing…
Hey, I found it… I guess maybe I didn’t look before.
A 1930 Fleischer cartoon called “Dizzy Dishes.”
It’s more than a little weird, IMHO.
…..
But this is indeed the first appearance of Betty Boop… before she was even named Betty Boop.
It was considered quite racy.
She’s plump, and a bit crude, and supposedly a poodle… but her only concession to dogginess seems to be an occasionaly extended snout, and her floppy ears.
She’s just finding her trademark Boop-Boop-a-Doop.
Apparently, though, she was popular enough that she was brought back… and within a year, became a human cartoon star!
The picture below is a link to more history of Betty Boop. That’s Betty on both the left and right.
Digging deeper than that….. I found a rumour about Betty and Popeye… I’m not kidding….Popeye apparently had to reach for his spinach…good thing for them the internet didn’t exist.

“We’ve checked your background – it was very colorful.”

Nice use of color but considering the subject it might be better in black and white.

I found all nine.
Sorry I haven’t been here for a few days. My twelve-year-old computer died on me the other day and I had to get a new one and set it up.
All in all, not bad for a computer’s lifetime.
Not bad at all!
Were you on Windows 7?
And here I thought my last laptop did well lasting 7 1/2 years.
Wonder if we’ll get that long out of new ones.
I got it when windows 7 first came out.
i found all 9!!! woo hoo! i love it when they’re easy!
It didn’t seem so easy to me. But then, I might have been a bit too distracted by the lovely scene.
sniff! sniff!
my nose is detecting some sarcasm there
Sheesh, Nighthawks.
Some compliments are just COMPLIMENTS, you know.
It IS a nice scene.
in the jungle,
the quiet jungle.
the Bassets sleep tonight……
If you read the top of the pictures, there are 10 differences. I was happy to find 9 and then saw that. Need Susan for the 10th.
Nighthawks edited that.
Just take Susan’s solution plus my comment to it.
Sorry… I read Tigressy’s comment, and replied, about 4am, before turning out the light.
Too late to go back to my computer and redo the solution… Can’t do that on my tablet.
Maybe I could have just added a note to my post with the solution, if I hadn’t fallen asleep.

“Bimbo’s Initiation”; I give some credibility to that rumour about Popeye now.
I think you’re right.
I don’t know why I didn’t notice… and I have a feeling it was accidental.
Of course, Nighthawks has to be the final judge.
But it sure looks like a tenth difference to me.
sorry, as I don’t have a premium membership to Cleo, I am only aloud to look for 9, even if it is two days later! Darn!
good catch….that sneaked by everybody here at Cleo and Company.
good thing Rotifer hasn’t been by recently…..he would have hammered
me mercilessly. This late in the day (6:25 AM Eastern) all I can do is
change the title—- ‘find the TEN differences…’
good catch, Tigressy!!!
After finding nine, I was going to leave and then the tenth, jumped out at me.
That one was one of my nine. Now I have to look for number ten.
I found #10.

“The best thing you’ve ever done for me is to help me take my life less seriously – it’s only life after all”.
Thanks, great video.
Love their music!
,,,
Well – seems to be the real stuff.
The spelling is off.
Shouldn’t that be “catnap”?
Maybe… But maybe you pay the two bucks, reach into the basket, and the cat nips you.
Some people will buy anything.
That gets a big 😀 out of me.
Beautiful artwork today. I only got 7, but enjoyed every second of searching.
Brought over from today’s “The Comic Strip….”
This one’s even worse than his June 30th entry.
the only thing surprising is that Pastis hasn’t made that into a multi-paneled strip
Boo! 😀
The guy on his belly with his legs spread out is on a position called frog legs.
I had a little dog who slept that way… but on her BACK.
I kept telling her that was VERY unladylike…
But would she listen?
