Anyhow, I searched, but didn’t find this particular work…
It seems to be by Michael (Pooch) Pucciarelli .. a Florida pop surrealist painter, and also a well known tattoo artist (at least, amongst those familiar with tattooing, which I’m not).
He paints a lot of similar carnival and Disney style rides.. but I didn’t see another with this theme.
I have to confess, though… there were about 1.7 zillion to look through and I didn’t want to devote hours to it.
I could not find any artist credit, but as near as I can tell, this is fan-art from the television show “Supernatural”.
That’s the character, Castiel with the hole in his chest.
The show was never a favourite of mine, I haven’t seen an episode in years, but it ran for 15 seasons so a good number of people liked it more than I did.

Sure… but look at the fronts of the carts.
Around here, those overlapped gender symbols would signify a relationship, not just a seating arrangement.
You see them used that way on jewelry and T-shirts.
Most straight guys I know, understanding as they may be, might draw the line at having their picture taken in that car with a “buddy.”
I had not noticed that because I was in a hurry…
That ride must be a relaxing change to the horrors of everyday life
in still too many places.
You could easily replace the ay couple symbolism with a Star of David, or an darker skin or mixed shade couple.
