1) When the kitty squeezes into her(his?) little furry cubbyhole, behind the basket, does the doggo think the adjacent clothes dryer is his comfy cave?
And 2) Anybody know what that electric cooking (I presume) appliance is, perched on the dryer, behind the dog?

The 2nd clip is from “Hairspray”, from the late 1980s, John Waters’ most mainstream movie, after years of making the raunchy likes of “Pink Flamingos”.
It’s the role that made chubby teenager Rikki Lake famous, from which she went on to host her own talk shows.
In a very John Waters touch, though, famed transvestite actress Divine, the star of “Pink Flamingos”, played Rikki’s mother.

so I chose not to see the 2007 remake, in which John Travolta (!) cross-dressed and camped his way through Divine’s part.

I can’t make a new account as that falls foul of the rules (Rule 8 iirc) but I’m going to get a household member (Ivy has agreed to help) to set up an account so at least I can interact with the TC community through her.

They say the best defense is a good offense, but, while Cleo can be plenty offensive in other situations,
I think with the EWC her most effective defense has been a good retreat.
