The online discussion that I’ve found so far seems to have left behind the question of whether this is real, and moved on to whether it’s Photoshopped or AI generated.
There is difference in grain and sharpness, so I’d say Photoshop. It looks like it was originally a parasol that someone morphed/replaced with a fuzzy hat.
Most of the commenters I found seemed to think their faces and maybe hands were photoshopped onto other people… Charles would never wear those clothes and Camilla’sc are fake.
I love dumplings in any incarnation.
Mom made rolled dumplings. Her sister did drop dumplings. I ate both.
I loved discovering that the orient also had several variations!

King Charles’ hands (especially the right) look off to me.

Looks like an extra front limb, to my eyes.
One leg (and paw) in front; the other out of sight in back.
Two front legs (and paws) visible…
And one raised arm with (ulp!) a hand, complete with possibly opposable thumb, that doesn’t match any other limb.
Too much kibble; sky-high dreaming.
I tried to make it make sense. One forepaw raised, the other on our right then the two hind paws with an ear in between…
I think that’s what it was meant to look like but it doesn’t work
