The last 2 books I’ve read (currently reading #27 in the series) feature OWLS. Have learned so much. Highly recommend the Meg Langslow mystery series of books. Lots of laughs. Oy, what a kooky bunch of people in Meg’s family/town.
This series always features some kind of animal, not necessarily birds.

I’m not sure this King has his heart in the right place.
And he can’t keep his hands to himself…
Are you saying he wants to poker?
If they play their cards right, something might come of this.
I bet that king has a few tricks up his sleeve.

That Peeping Tom’s getting a little aggressive!
Oh!
I was envisioning it in the other direction.
Warm light coming out of the keyhole, on a chilly evening, tempting a lonely passer-by to dare knocking.

Fab!
I think we’ve spotted a minor case of vitiligo.
She’s actually the dynastic heir to the deposed monarchy of what is now a small Republic on the Dalmatian Coast.
We call her Queenie, to be kind.
What band does she sing with?
Backup for David Bowie.
Well, with QUEEN, of course…
That’s Freddog Mercury, isn’t it?

Calling for Bob Ross……..
Wow, love it.

This could be in the dictionary, to illustrate “Determination.”

She looks happy.
So does baby.
I hope that’s sunscreen that you’re using. You know you’re susceptible to sunburn when you’re on those drugs.
And, maybe, with a lot of our help and cooperation. Thanks for standing strong for so long without us.

Top O’ last Sunday mornin’ to ye!
If you’re lucky, you still have some great corned beef for sandwiches… though I hope by now it’s in the freezer.
Have some while you find today’s Nine Differences!
…
One puzzle to me, when I was younger, was why a traditional Irish holiday dinner and a Jewish deli shared the same food.
I’ve learned, of course, that it’s not really a traditional Irish dinner… And you can’t get corned beef and cabbage in a deli.
But I don’t care. I just happily eat it whichever way it comes, wherever I get it.
You can have the pastrami; I’ll take the corned beef.
…
Oh… And you can also have the solution to today’s puzzle, if you’ve been good and looked for the differences first yourself.
Hopefully, you’ve found all nine, and only need to use mine to check your own!
When you’re ready…
Go for the corned beef hash! It’s the best way to use up leftovers!
I have long been a fan of traditions; the Classics. Turkey for Thanksgiving, Handel at Christmas, Sousa on July 4.
Eight differences.
Um… Eight differences is a St Patrick’s Day tradition?
No. It’s a McCracken tradition.
Got them.
found them!
Got them today.
I lost count. It’s obvious to me that i don’t have enough…
…someting…
…to try tonight. 🙂
The dog finding a new toy is great. 😀
I could go for that!
I did! I did go for that!
Speaking of classics, here’s one of my favorites. What’s the weather in Mexico?
La clima?
(Aqui está lloviendo hoy, pero solamente un poco.)
Great response for not falling for the oldie.
