Eight for me, don’t know how I missed the one I did.
Like More_Cats_Than_Sense I missed an obvious one, but I’m going to blame nighthawks for distracting me with Claude’s very weird right hand (it looks like he’s got six fingers).
Hmm… to me, Claude’s hand looks realistic.
Nighthawks is very good at drawing hands.
A partial fist… Two fingers hooked through the mug handle, two below supporting it from underneath.
His palm is facing us.
I must have shorter fingers than Claude.
When I hold my mug that way, my fingernails are facing me but I think his fingertips are folded back towards his palm.
Thumb lying across the top
We tend to put as many fingers as we can through the handle, depending on its size…. with the others folded below.
I can’t see an extra finger… Are you looking at the bit of exposed mug handle?
