Nothing wrong with that…
Maybe slice the carrots thinner and the mushrooms at all – and don’t forget the red wine (or white; but that’s a different dish) or good apple juice (totally different, but really good!)
Delicious anyway and my dinner plan for tomorrow.

Mac Mini, Safari 14.1.1, Mac OS X 10.14.6: I see both sets of 2 side-by-side images, one above the other, the bottom set is 25% wider and 20% higher than the top.
