Vaguely contemplating getting a new dog or two, your pix and video have made me interested in bassets. But I gather they are stubborn, slow to potty train, smelly and slobbery. What are their redeeming characteristics?

One of my oddball observations: The camera is actually supposed to have film in it, and the built in flash was probably disabled for the sake of the movie production cameras.
All I have to say is WOW! But, let me say more. Imagine all the hours of practice for some of those. The cars with all the smoke got me. You have to really be trusting of yourself and the others. Enjoyed it!
