As I said, my report on Saucy1121’s Christmas fudge.
1. Made with butter.
2. Used the full 341 ml tin of evaporated milk.
3. Used real vanilla extract, not artificial.
This is one of the easiest homemade sweets you’ll ever make. Just follow Saucy’s recipe and her warnings to me later…
…a butter your fudge pan before you start (this sets up really fast it was setting on my transfer spoon)
b it will seem like forever, but stir constantly
It is really, really sweet (I like sweet, and this is at my outside limit).
It is also, however, tasty. —
Glad you liked it. Wasn’t sure how subbing in butter for margarine would work since I’ve always used the latter. My mom always said you beat it until your arm gets really tired and then beat it some more. I change arms several times during that part.
One of the baltic nations has a major hospital that has been growing and using phages since ww1. They have a massive library of phages for specific bacteria. One collage somewhere here in the US has a professor starting one, but his funding and space are limited.
