Nighthawks: I really, really like the novel shape of the C&C comic today! It’s so different! Can’t actually call it a ‘frame’….to me, it looks like the shape of lips (sideways). I’ve been trying to think of other comics that use a different shape, but couldn’t think of any.
we strive for (but seldom achieve) uniqueness …I think that shape is unique in comics.
Family Circus has the circle , of course, but everything else is a square or rectangle
