“Reservoir Dogs,” I believe.
I wonder if his wife calls him “cutie?”

Hiyo, Cleophytes and my Puzzle People…

I got a bit delayed… But I will be back in a while with the puzzle solution.

Meanwhile, that gives you time to do your best to solve it!

Hint: all the differences can readily be found in one panel or the other.

Don’t give up!

Thanks for the help, Susan!! Now I’m sure I can do it. I have to go log-in again. Seems like once a week I have to log in. This site has a short memory.

Big plus for Al Hirt and Linda Ronstadt. Marianne is a bit out of her depth when this version is stacked against the strangely out of character Mick Jagger version.

It may be out of character, but he wrote it, with Keith Richards.

Maybe they thought so too, cos they let new artist Marianne Faithful record it, a year before they did.

A year after that, he and Marianne were rock ‘n roll royalty, when they became a couple.

I wasn’t sure I remembered the sequence correctly, so I just Googled it.

I found people saying they liked her version best…

but I’m with you…. hard to compete with how the Stones power through a song.

If you can find a copy, I recommend

Faithfull: An Autobiography

from 1994. It’s a dark read, but it’s absorbing (and like the Carrie Fisher books I recommended yesterday not “poor-me”).

Tigressy, are you ok? Referring to the floods we hear about only in general terms.

I just caught up on reading some of yesterday’s comments, here and on GoComics.

Somebody asked Tigressy the same question on “Daddy’s Home,” and she said she was all right.

She said she lives at one of the highest points in Munich … I don’t want to post all of her words cos she may want to tell you herself…

or you can read her full answer there…

It’s OK.
On top of that, I had a fever up to 101,3 °F last night – it’s down to 99,32 now, but still about 1,2 degrees above my normal.
Tired, mild headache, hourly trips to the bathroom (my ankles and lower legs look adorable this morning!), not much appetite – apart from that, I feel fine.
We have an invitation to a friend’s smallish birthday party and bbq for Sunday afternoon, but I canceled that yesterday.
I’m fully vaccinated, so that shouldn’t be it.

OK, Puzzlers… I’m back!

Didja miss me?

I would have gotten here sooner but my internet suddenly decided to crawl e-v-e-r–s-o–s-l-o-w-l-y

And there I was carrying the whole puzzle solution, all by myself…

not one, but two, heavy panels, including double squares around the differences.

….

Whew! Now I can set them down, at last.

I’m going to hide them behind this little window.

When you’ve worked hard and found as many as you can… hopefully all nine…

and you really want to see them…

I only got 8 this morning. Bummer. The one I missed was one of those pesky, sneaky ones that I kept staring at but not seeing. Harrumph!

All I can say is thanks for your help, Susan. (maybe next week I’ll try my reading glasses)

WOW! That’s a lot to celebrate today.
Yellow Pig Day celebrates the unique attributes of the number 17 and it’s significance to mathematics. (Yes, I looked it up) It was created in the early 1960’s; and, yet, I had never heard of it. I’ve been missing out on this celebration for years. I need to get a cake today. 🎂 🍰 🎈 🎆 🎉 🍦 Yea, 17!!
