Maybe some pancit in between other bites. Then there are the skewers of grilled chicken and pork (yeah, I know if you’re trying to be kosher you might avoid those, but they’re soooo tasty!) Then there’s the rice that you’d better include — it always has to accompany everything. I’m sure there’s more, but a boodle feast is almost overwhelming.
