Lloyd Bridges! And, after a day of scuba diving has filled your ears with seawater, using a little mental floss to help restore your equilibrium!
Wow. What a blast from the past.
I wasn’t expecting any of this, so i didn’t try to get back here earlier. Sorry!
I fell asleep while posting here (again) last night…
My hours seem to be changing… for the better, I have to say.
But after so many years of extreme insomnia, I haven’t figured out yet when I need to get in bed.
So surprised when I got back today!
I still feel guilty cos Stel can’t be here…
But I really appreciate all of you!
๐
BTW… Trying to submit my thank yous to everybody, WordPress kept telling me “You’re trying to make comments too fast! Slow down!”
LOL…
Then I’d find that some didn’t post, and I’d have to wait and submit them again.
Hope they’re all caught up now!!
Susan, for what itโs worth, from me, an old sod.
Life is for living.
Never feel guilty.
Stel is still here, in all of our hearts.
And we appreciate you, and all that you do.
May your Birthday be the fulfilment of your dreams.
Blessings.
.
I want to believe that this is real.
You can’t really know without some serious research because there are so many different kinds.
Still, you expect the colors to be manipulated.
I think that it’s made of glass!
Considering there’s no gills or fins, you’re probably correct.
I dunno… I tried to track it down online, and only found various postings, with no info.
But I saw enough similar though not identical creatures, some even in videos, that I think this guy is probably real.
I don’t know what seahorse gills look like…
But isn’t that a big yellow fin in the middle of his back?
I found a diagram. I thought there were fins along the side, but i was wrong. However, the fins just behind the “jaw” should be there, I think.
Interesting, thanks.
I still think this one is real.
,
Paint what you see…this is what he sees. Love those drugs!
Sunflowers in a ruined landscape.
I can’t help but think of Ukraine.
Pretty sure this represents Van Gogh and his mental state…
Envisioning sunflowers in the imagined ruins of Arles, from the same vantage point as his “Cafe Terrace at Night.”
..
He has me whistling along with Steamboat Willy.
At least he doesn’t seem to be overworked at this hour.

How did she get the babies to go first?
Maybe behind the other parent.
And easier to keep them save that way.
She got her ducks in a row.
Those are some real ugly ducklings!
That was the point of the story… I guess you know that.
But I think they’re cute.
He was probably cute in the story, too… Just following the wrong mama who didn’t appreciate him.
.
He’ll be smoking a Camel.
LOL…. I was about to say thanks in advance for keeping me up all night….
But it’s actually a lot easier than you’d think. ๐
Got it!
Same here. But i have to admit, I was looking for the one in the leather jacket.

1860’s Paris
Didn’t expect to see an English hat shop in mid 19th century Paris!
I had to look. Thanks. ๐
..
Her devoted follower and protector.
I wanna see that one!
And not from behind the couch.
Bela Dogosi! Wow! What a talent!
Happy birthday, Susan Sunshine, my half-year sister! I’ll repost one of the last ones, just for fun.
And here’s a bit of a feast.
Thank you!
The time to do that is when you’re young. And single. And don’t have kids to look after.
Happy Birthday, Susan!
Mmmmm. I’m drooling on my keyboard! Now I have to go to bed hungry! Growwwwll !!!
Do you like anchovies too?
Seems to be a small club.
Yup! I like just about anything that I can beat 2 falls out of 3.
Anchovy pizza fan club right here.
Thank you!
Mmmm … Anchovy!
And fresh basil!
Oh wow… I should have remembered that you knew.
So much for sneaking past it, cos we’re not celebrating birthdays.
I feel guilty, cos I haven’t done anyone else’s… including your last one… but thank you.
Surprise birthdays are fun. I couldn’t miss this opportunity to bring some more fun to Cleo&Company!

I love this one, but I didn’t expect to see it this year.

And bonus points for the nod to Carolyn Jones as Morticia Addams.
Happy Birthday, Susan!
And many returns of the day.
Thanks so much!
