That’s a really good looking stick! Throw it out in the water and we can both swim out to chase it and both grab it and bring it back! Aren’t we great? Now throw it again and again! Be sure you let us shake water on you each and every time!
Technically, that’s probably done with extruded plastic tubing placed while it’s still hot so when it cools, the strands are stuck together and doesn’t slip off.
I too, want to think this truck is a wonderful creation that roams the streets selling fresh pasta.
The giant pasta on it is indeed obviously fake… but I’m wondering if the whole picture is created with AI or some other sort of rendering, and the van doesn’t really exist.
I tried to search for it, and found many others that were similar but not the same… How could they all be out there, plying their trade, when I’ve never seen one, nor heard of them?
Not that I’ve seen everything, but wouldn’t one show up on the news?
There were similar pasta structures on sidewalks… little buildings made of swirls and piles of noodles.
I found all 5, but had a little bitty problem… I thought I found six.
And two were very close together.
I tracked down the solution online, and discovered that one was not included.
It was the fifth one I found, and I almost stopped looking, in which case I’d have been wrong.
When you think you’ve found five or six and want to compare….
Have a look….
BTW my palette is very limited on the tablet.
I had a hard time finding a color that would stand out for my circles.
The five that are circled are the connect solution.
I can tell why the one in a square of a different color is INcorrect, but it wasn’t obvious before I found the white one, which is more difficult to see.
John Lennon wrote “Dear Prudence” about Mia Farrow’s sister Prudence.
The images chosen for this video notwithstanding, it comes from their trip to India to study with the Maharishi.
….
The Farrow sisters were there at the same time, and Prudence took it very seriously.
She wanted to stay in her room night and day, meditating, trying to reach God, until, reportedly, even the Maharishi became concerned, and asked John, along with George Harrison, to try to coax her out to enjoy everyone’s company.
The lyrics are about the beauty of the place, and nature.
Prudence knew the song was for her, and even used the title later on her autobiography.
When John afterward turned against the Maharishi, he started saying it showed how crazy the teachings made people become.
….
Some people have written that it’s one of the most beautiful Beatles songs ever.
It famously features a loud guitar picking style (I forget what it’s called… claw hammer?) that was taught to John by Donovan, who was also there. (What a crowd, no?)
But I’ve never liked that i can barely hear the words or the rest of the instruments.
Clawhammer is a banjo style. I’m not familiar with this tune, I kinda tuned out the Fab Four when they went Mararishi. Gimme a minute to listen.
Ah! not happy at all with the mix. The guitar appears to be a Flatpick style, what I can hear of it. It is the bass line that is potted up so high as to drown out everything else. And it sounds muted, like a towell thrown over it.

Here’s an earnest looking young go-getter!
You know, i can’t get away with posting photos of black labs.
They all look the same. :)
I don’t know, my brother’s girl looks pretty good to me. I’ll show you mine, if you’ll show me yours.
Buddy and a stick.
Buddy.

three of the best shots I’ve seen of the recent eclipse
That’s no moon!

If they are not selling pasta, I am going to be bitterly disappointed.
I’ll take my worms medium rare, with lots of chiles!
Technically, that’s probably done with extruded plastic tubing placed while it’s still hot so when it cools, the strands are stuck together and doesn’t slip off.
Looks like 1″ PVC.
Those bangs aren’t safe for driving.
We must have a different idea of where the eyes are…
I don’t see any bangs…. or anything below the “hairline”, where it would obstruct its vision.
Quite an impressive hairstyle, though, isn’t it?
Mirrors.

Foreground guy is thinking to himself, “I have GOT to quit drinking.”
I’m hearing the music from the bar scene in Star Wars here.
He looks like Davy Jones to me….
Something like the Blues Brothers “No Coke, Pepsi!” scene…
Only this bartender says “No Scotch, rum!” or “No tequila, rum!”
find the five butterflies
..but only if you want to!
Are they, say, a singing group?
I found the badger!

Harold Sakata & Oddjob was definitely one of the coolest Bond tough guys. Right up there with Jaws (Richard Kiel).
Hmmm…I wonder why Bond’s creases weren’t in better shape? Everything else is immaculate.
Fresh from the laser table maybe…
..
She’s lovely. Must be the Grape Harvest Princess or some such.
A fresh look for summer.
Isn’t it sweet?
The problem is it’s so heavy for hot weather…
Hope it doesn’t make her smell ripe.
see what happens when you don’t spray for zebras?
Let this be a word to the wise.
Interesting. It looks like a standard house / garage. I wonder what drew them here?
A new housing development right in the middle of the migration route. It was built right after the last time they went through.

Hey, any coffee company that uses a spokesbasset must be great! Much better than Clydesdales!
I dunno… I mean, great picture, but something kinda happens in my stomach when I see the word “flavor” on a picture of a basset hound.
I got three.
Good night. 😮
Good evening, Cleofans and puzzlelovers… Or puzzlefans and Cleolovers…
If you’re puzzled tonight… or today, depending on what time you’re reading this… keep trying for a bit longer.
We didn’t want to annoy anybody who’s armed with bagpipes, do we?
But when you’ve given it all you’ve got, but you haven’t got them all…
or perhaps you have got them all, but want to compare notes… or… um… differences….
You can take a link at what I found…
Yes; got them all!
Tricky!
Those were the nine I found.
Only seven.
got em!
