Again, the weather has not been cooperating for outdoor exercise (time on Trikke is 0 hrs. again this week) Monday was fine, but overly windy for a Trikke ride, so I walked for around 2.3 kilometres instead (the “around” bit comes because I used a trip odometer to drive as closely as possible the route I followed after I finished / the 2.3 kms. registered can’t possibly be exact). I then went to a couple of malls for the rest of Monday, Tuesday to Friday were blecchh!, but Saturday was a good day for an outdoor walk in the morning. The afternoon would have been good for a Trikke ride, but I’d already done my walk with enough hill climbs that my legs were sore.
My step counter says I did 28,779 steps this week (its stride calibration function moves up by increments greater than one / my stride falls between). Next week is supposed to be good all week long so I should get my rides in.
Week five has ended, week six is beginning. I’ve added two exercises and some more “weight” to the regimen.

Wow, really hard to get in to the site today.
Is anyone else having trouble opening C&C? I first tried at 9am-ish. I tried several times through the day and only finally got it to load now (9pm).
