I have a question for pet people.
Little Fawn loves to lie in the dirt in the sunshine. She wallows in the dust.
She has some kind of plant sap on her that i can’t get off of her. Neither soap or orange hand cleaner cuts the stuff.
Has anyone got an idea what i can use on it that wont be rough to her skin?
I’m not really a good source on this, but I can’t help myself. My guess is that Fawn has the right idea; the dust may dry the sap and (eventually) take it off.
If baby wipes/oil or vegetable oil (olive, sunflower seed etc.) don’t do the trick either, you’ll have to gently cut that part of her fur off. Try carefully combing/brushing first.
The French writer Voltaire wrote two decades before the outbreak of the French Revolution and the terror that followed observed, ‘Anyone who can make you believe in absurdities can make you commit atrocities.’

I’ll try the oil!

A life-saving one.
