It’s a mess. Same thing as yesterday. I hope it fixes itself again, but it throws the timing off because I need my sleepy time so I won’t be able to get back to it to see if it’s still working for 8 hrs.
I defy anyone to outline the little lizard in either picture.
The purple thing has the vague suggestion of the stripes, but it’s neither shaped like the lizard nor in the center of the red circle that purports to show the solution.
It looks like somebody just circled a random spot in order to brag that they solved it, whether it makes sense or not.
Coincidentally, I am currently reading Hiroshima, by John Hersey. It tells the stories of six people who survived the A-bomb that hit on August 6, 1945. I am only about a third of the way into a 120 page book. He is only as far as the catastrophic fires that sprang up all over the city in the hours immediately after the explosion. Fires not started by the bomb itself, but by the devastation caused and the electricity wires down everywhere.
My little terrier killed her third rat today.
I’m horrified and kinda proud of her at he same time
That’s their original purpose.

Okay! Pictures are back.
I knew that WordPress usually fixes itself.
Meanwhile, comments weren’t blocked… Where is everybody?
And why isn’t anybody doing the puzzle we slaved over (cough…) just for you?
Nighthawks posted more pictures on page 2.
I’m going to be out until late this evening…. I’m sure tomorrow will be posted, but I’ll come back here too .

Me too, but we sleep in totally different sections of the clock.

I’m not a vegetarian either, but I still gotta applaud!
this puzzle from earlier this week apparently has an answer—
but I still don’t see it

clock in Nagasaki, Japan stopped at 11:03 AM on August 9, 1945, when the second atomic bomb was dropped
