I was having a bit of internet trouble… It’s supposedly over, but just in case,,, I’m going to post the cake now.
Food is coming… but on your birthday, you can start with dessert, if you like… we all can, in honor of the birthday.
(In fact, I think it’s always somebody’s birthday, if you want cake first.)
Anyway… if my internet does go off again…. at least there’ll be cake!

Nonono – it’s not over, it started only 8 hours ago. And I was born in the late afternoon; the midwife made it just in time in spite of ice rain in our new development area… But the delivery was successful.

They posted about it on my ISP’s website… it was due to the storm we’ve been having.
