I didn’t know anything about cars, and I didn’t drive…
But I knew I didn’t like this car, cos it didn’t look like a “real” T-Bird.
…
My “cool” neighbor, a handsome senior (oooh) in high school, drove an early 50s one, the coolest car i’d ever seen.
Not many guys in my school even had cars… And no girls that I can remember.
The popular football players mostly rode bikes to school along with the rest of us.
So this guy’s T-Bird was a star.
…
Not that I ever rode in it… to him I was a dorky nerd, the kid who babysat his little brother, and he drove right past me, waiting for the school bus in the snow.
Occasionally he waved.
…
Anyhow I kinda can appreciate it now… but back then, I thought the ’62 looked like a family car compared to his.

Sometimes dogs look as though they can see very far away…
Beyond the world we mere humans are looking at, or even know about.
They could be staring into the future, or into the past… or remembering things that happened to past generations.
….
Or…. they could be thinking about roast beef scraps, and wishing they had some.

Love this cozy scene. Anyone got a candle?
That would make a nice puzzle.

What is this krismis thing of which your people speak?

Tiny house with a chimney. Love it…except in icy conditions. Oy!
Especially up in the wind.

Somethings wrong.
It’s been fixed!
That tornado video is eyepopping. Probably literally.
Good thing we didn’t have tornados in NJ; the gym was where we were lined up for disaster drills.
Samantha called – she wants her magic back.
Same goes for Jeannie.
Must be a magic wand sticking out of Claude’s front pocket.
Thank dog it’s the upper one.
Overall, I’d say it’s not a strip I’d pick over all the rest, to be my overall Cleo favorite, but it doesn’t really need overhauling.
…
(Except for maybe the lettering in panel one… What the haul happened over there?
The text isn’t on the correct font, and doesn’t fit into Claude’s speech balloon, or even into the panel.
The cartoon font face has been replaced by some sort of very basic monospaced text.)
oops!—sorry! I fixed it
