The greenish line from Santa’s beard is the official answer, the black line is the one I found (before checking, Susan) and I still can’t find any antlers on that one either.
The one you point to with the black line has n no antlers because it isn’t a face, or a head, as far as I can tell.
It’s the rear half of the deer with the red checkered scarf, which does have antlers. The view of its body is kinda bisected by the antlers of the deer below.
The green points to the one I meant in my description.

A see a face with no antlers, and a more distinct nose, but I don’t see enough to call it a bear.
Ah, but you see, as usual, Mr. Dudas blends the animals, so all of them look like they could be the one we’re looking for.
In this case all the deer have bear faces, and are almost but not quite bears… having only a couple of traits that make them more deerlike.
So if you found the one with no antlers
Is a bit left and down from the center of the picture
I’d venture to bet that it’s meant to be the bear.
Also
It appears to have front paws, as well, rather than hooves, making that bet even more safe.
