Sorry, guys. Nighthawks said he would post something for me since I wasn’t feeling well, but then he apparently forgot. Susan just called me to let me know.
So, better late than ever!
No extras in the comment section tonight…maybe later in the day. Nitey nite!
StelBel,( or are you calling yourself StleBleah right now?), it was 02:46 hrs. (A.M. for those who haven’t had their coffee) Eastern Standard Time
and you’re sick,
and you had made arrangements for a posting
and your’e apologizing ? ? ?.
Don’t be silly, we thank YOU for your caring; enough to get out of your sick bed and post.
Now, go back to bed and get better ! ! !
But you said you were just going to upload it quickly and get back to bed… and now look at all the other stuff you posted. BAD Stel… but thanks!
I loved the movie, too
….
I know I’ve said this before, and you disagree… but while I think Paul Newhound is attractive, mostly cos of his personality, I know that he’s considered a very handsome dog.
He has those deeply piercing eyes that make many ladies…. canine and human…. sigh deeply… but somehow, the magic of his looks is lost on me.
I never really thought about it ’till I was talking with a friend about a scene in this very film… and I referred to the Sundance Pup as “the good-looking one.”
She said “Huh? But they’re both good looking!”
Oh.
….
Well…. you can take Paul Newhound for a long walk and I’ll stay here and scratch Robbie Redflea behind the ears.
Ooops. maybe someone will have to walk Katherine Ruffs, when I do.
She looks like she wants to bite me.
It’s OK, Katherine…. here girl… c’mon.
I don’t want him the way you’re thinking… and even if it weren’t because I’m human, and he’s a dog… I’m too old to have puppies anyway.
And you don’t really want him anyway…. you’re happily mated.
Dogs get really possessive with all the excitement of a movie set.
….
I know we discussed the ending before, but I don’t remember when.
I do remember that someone… I think it was Montana Lady, but if not, please forgive me, whoever it was…who knew someone who knew someone who supposedly knew that at least one of them came back from Bolivia alive, and settled nearby.
…
What’s with the crowd of people they added on the human poster?
Do they think it makes up for not finding a beautiful antique bouquet like the one Stel used?
Nowhere nearly as pretty!
…
Ooooh…. and that music… nice… but they couldn’t match the Bertie Backscratch tunes….

They moved him to the ICU in Corvallis.
He has pneumonia in one lung. This has been suspected all along. Stubborn old man wont go see a Dr. when he feels bad, or lets us call an EMT to do a health check.
Dang it! It’s so frustrating to see someone that you have learned to care about refuse help.
The finding him on the floor causes a cascade of emotion from shock to fear to a sudden lack of any emotion when you are on the phone with 911 and the EMTs and you are accessing the situation and working to secure the client and pass information in a clear concise manner back. Only after they tell you that they are on the way and hang up do the shock and fear come back. In spades.
Just typing this has me all shaking again.
I have confidence that he will get better and come home.
When he gets back i’m going to scold him and tell him that he can’t die until i am ready to retire.
Here’s WIKIPEDIA ON THE HUMAN VERSION.
interesting. thanks, alexi.

Yay! You made it!
Sorry I had to wake you up.
I didn’t want to, but you know how Cleo is.
She’s such a nag…
Get well soon. Poor thing.
I hope you feel better soon!
I’m so sorry….

Aww…that’s sweet, Alexi. Thanks. And, you know what they say: the show must go on!
get better soon! these gorgeous folks can’t romp around without you!
So sorry you aren’t feeling well. What a trooper, though. Get lots of rest and feel better soon. Don’t worry about us ~ let us worry about you.
Take care of yourself. Hope to see you on the dance floor soon.
I understand that Bessie here is a Bob Dylan fan, but only his early stuff.
Doesn’t seem right to eat them while they’re celebrating their very own day.
Are they going to be fit to eat after they celebrate, though???
😀 Got a good snort out of me there! 😀

I had a bad shock last night at work.
I went to check on my senior senior client and found him on the floor.
He is in the hospital now.
Prayers for Señor senior senior (seriously).
And take care of yourself, too.
i will add him to my prayer list, too.

What an ordeal. You are a very caring caregiver.
Scold him for all of us, too. He has no right to upset you like that! You are a wonderful person.
what a great poster, stel!!!
and, what great music selections, too.
Great poster, great movie. Both of them.
