I’ve set this to start at the San Francisco trolley scene in Buster Keaton’s “Daydreams.” This is the closest to the full movie as I can find on short notice. The full scene is quite a good bit of slapstick.
Again, this early movie set the bar for the stunts of today.

From looking for a description…… I believe it’s Eurgal… Christian Eurgal.

Yeah… I should have said I was looking for a description because I liked it.

Some palette knife painting just looks lazy, to me… a way to churn out mediocre work quickly.

But Eurgal seems to have a masterful hand with it… precise outlines and surprising details in those simple strokes.

And wow, it’s tiny… 20×20 cm is just under 8″ square.

He must use a really small palette knife.

I wondered too.

I cropped it out, and made it huge….

Maybe a rock that keeps turning into a Golden Retriever?

I can’t see it.

Oh… or are we looking at the top of her head?

Is she lifting her head up, and her right arm, then dropping them to her chest?

What do I know, anyway…

To me, it looks like Kong has a high chest pocket with a folded white hanky in it….

And I’m pretty sure that’s not true.

Then, what is the larger thing to the left of her?

Are there TWO ladies?

Not sure which way you mean by the left of her.

In my cropped image, IF I’m seeing it correctly, she’s lying on the ground, on her left side.

Her folded knees and her right arm extend in front of her, which means to our left, and there’s no room for something else.

In the original, full image, I don’t see anything more to her left except clumps of dirt and weeds (?).

Behind her back, to our right, there’s a strange, squiggly movement in the grass…
Could be the wind or a snake?

Above her, to our eyes, but actually lying on the ground behind her, is a massive tree root, or maybe a log,

and rising above that, the fallen, scaly beast that Kong has apparently slain.

Yes, I’m seeing it a bit more clearly, in the light of day…

But I still can’t explain Kong’s pocket hanky.

She, is Cardston’s most famous citizen. Cardston is a really nice little town.

Too, (as far as I know / it still was around 2012 when last I was there) it’s dry in the alcoholic sense.

Here I am, Puzzle Pals and Cleo Friends… and any Solution Seekers amongst ye.

I’ve always felt sorry for poor old King Hound.

He didn’t have any idea that what he did was wrong…. and next thing you know, he’s in an environment he never could have imagined,

surrounded by two legged creatures, fumes, hard stone caves…. and strangely shiny beasts that aim projectiles in his direction.

The image I’m posting will show you whether you’ve found the correct differences between these two panels..

but, sadly, it won’t provide much of a solution for King Hound.

ROTTY TAILDRAGGER

ᴘʀᴇsᴇɴᴛs

THE ЯUSSIAИS ARE COMING! THE ЯUSSIAИS ARE COMING!
SATURDAY NON SOLUTION SOLUTION

   1.  Left panel: Ukraine was a diversion – Russian Air Force attacks N.Y. instead! Right panel: Russian Air Force will be no match for Snoopy and his Sopwith Camel.
   2.  Left: Actress portraying Cleo is 15 y.o. Russian on her grandfather’s heart medicationRight: What’s that falling out of/off the airplane the Russian actress is holding?

   3.  Left: EIGHTY-EIGHTH WotW? What happened to 9-87? Right: Penny pinching film makers refuse to pay script writers for two exclamation points – instead they time-travel several decades ahead to steal antenna from ’57 Studebaker to use as extra exclamation point.

   4.  Left: Is Chrysler Building a phallic symbol? Right: Sometimes a Chrysler Building is just a Chrysler Building.

   5.  Left: Matte painting of NY buildings silk-screened into frame by undocumented Mexican migrant workers using digitized drawings produced in China from raw materials mined by Uyghur slave labor. Right: To save production costs, cheapskate producers of Cleo & Co. transport matte paintings to studio using unvaccinated Canadian truckers.

6-9.  Highly technical. Only PerkycatMontanaLadyStelBel, and SusanSunshine would understand.

#4. I once drew a poster for a seminar on “The Alfalfa Seed Pest” which i based on today’s pictorial. When I leaned back from the drawing board I realized I had created an image of a bug on a giant pink phallus!
