Right…. My search says (combining info from two sites) this shows the Blomstrandbreen Glacier, which is located on Svalbard, an island in Northern Norway.
So it’s only part of the way from Norway to the North Pole.

Apparently by a “visual artist” who goes by the name “Jacemnk” (information is sparing) and on one site is said to be in Afghanistan.
