When I was with Fujitsu, we created a briefcase carrier with an antenna built into the case and a battery. Weighed about 20 pounds, and would last 4 hours (if you didn’t use it).
I fell asleep over this puzzle last night and never commented.
I got some of the same answers as you two but I was about to stop working on it because a lot seemed impossible, and some of the answers I was pretty sure were correct had annoyingly wrong sounds in the rebus…
Like the person who created it went by the letters in the words but didn’t sound them out.
for instance
“China” is represented by “chain A” and “Poland” by “poo land”.

cave and picks up when he is staring at the Ark in wonder

A bank will exchange a bill if you have over 50% of it…. Not sure if that has to be in one piece.
Otherwise it has to get sent to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, and they decide what’s redeemable.
My friend had to do that with some cash after the wild fire here in 2017 burned down their house.
You fill out an application and it takes months.
She said she had a couple thousand in cash but they only refunded I think $700 cos so much was missing.
