I can think of at least two things wrong with this picture.

That’s a good start. I noticed that there are no foot pegs on the back.

And mostly, to me, the kid has nothing to hold onto.

He has nothing to grip, and can’t get his arms far enough around the big guy’s waist to hang on.

He’s trying so hard, he’s mashed up against that giant back, with his head forced backwards, so his balance is already off.

I don’t want to see what one bump in the road will do.

Notice this is taken through a car window(I think!)

I hope they’re friends, and this is a joke!

They look sentient. And alert.

Alien observers, watching our planet.

Are they here to find something, to watch over us… or just for study purposes?

So many in the group. Maybe it’s a school field trip.

I’m trying to visualize how, if I was being attacked by anything bigger than that guinea pig above, I’d manage to get my finger up it’s bum…

?
Or do you mean i stick my finger up my own bum?

Additionally with #3: If a downed powerline falls on your vehicle, Don’t get out unless you absolutely have to because of other danger (eg: Fire). If you do have to get out, jump clear and do not remain in contact with both the vehicle and the ground, or any other structure connected to the ground. Then bunny-hop away.

To demonstrate how dangerous a fallen High Voltage powerline can be, it is very common for horses, donkeys, cows, deer, etc. to be electrocuted due to the distance between their front and rear legs. There will be a voltage gradient across the ground (Highest potential at the point of powerline grounding, and dissipating as you get further away). The extent will be determined by both the weather and ground conditions, and the actual voltage of the line. The resistance across a body (Human or animal) will be less than it is across the ground, so there will be a voltage difference between the front and rear legs of the animal which can lead to current flowing through the body and electrocuting the animal.

I did get involved in a few cases of this when I was at work, it was never a good time. I do have experience of some very high power faults, and those things are scary, and I did work with the stuff for over forty years.

A colleague of mine did get a minor shock through his legs when switching on the High Voltage network, due to an unexpected issue, because he wasn’t aware there was a problem and took a step backwards from the pole.

From the look of the syringe, I’m claiming staged.

You’re correct, the image was manipulated from the original. The modified picture has been floating around the web for many years now.

Of course, it would almost have to be manipulated or staged!

Otherwise, why would someone be standing there taking a picture?

There isn’t an official injection photographer, snapping a pic of every shot given…

And if the photographer had come to grab a random shot at the vaccine clinic (I’d say no pun intended but I think I’ll claim it 😁), what are the odds that it would be taken at the exact moment this rare event happened (which I’m pretty sure didn’t)?
