Does he realize that that long thing is attached to him?
How do you keep it from getting all knotted up?

It looks like he’s already tangled in the trees.

Does he squawk sadly for help when he accidentally puts himself on a short leash?

I know this has been posted before. I think it may have been in the late “Sherpa” days or early “.net” days.
Here’s the cartoon in full.

Young face looked vaguely familiar…

But I had to look at the adult to recognize him.

Especially since we seem to be straying farther and farther from the path of what I’d call “expected celebrities”… or childhood photos…

including with this picture of….

Regis Philbin.

I do have to say that my father really liked to watch him on TV..

I knew I’d seen the celeb picture, but couldn’t name him. Unfortunately, when you give everyone the same haircut and same clothes, get them all physically fit (same shape), they all look the same to me.

Wow, I didn’t think this was a photo.

He was only 21 in that interview!

But it’s undated… something that often annoys me on web pages.

He’s probably still quite young, in any case.

This is 8 and a bit minutes of interesting-but-weird (I first read about it in the London “Daily Mail and figured there had to be a video).

And you dig the hole?
Pass…

Wow. They had electrical outlets in Nottingham? No wonder Marian wants to stay put.

That outlet is one of my favorite little touches in the whole series.

Of course, it’s probably wired to a candle, cos they have no electricity😁

Liverlips, here comes your confirmation.

Here I am guys, with your puzzle solution!

You know, it’s a puzzle to Robin Hound that Marian is uncertain about a life in the forest.

It’s a puzzle to Marian that Robin is at all puzzled by her uncertainty.

Of course, we here are puzzled just looking for nine differences… And we don’t even have to leave our comfy chairs.

Be diligent… find as many as you can….

then compare or confirm…. right HERE!

I have an FYI for everyone.
I may have said it before that i’m very near retirement. One year, last month.
I have known for some time that i will not be able to make my mortgage on my retirement and that i would need to sell the house. I’m being pushed to start getting the house ready to put on the market sooner rather than later. Sorting and packing have begun.
I’m going to be on GoComics far less, but you guys are going to have to keep putting up with me. I may need someplace to vent, and i know that i will be needing some distraction for some part of the day.
At this point i really have no help, but that might change sometime in the future. things are going to be very (i can’t find the word) for the foreseeable future.
Wish me luck.

Les, you know where to find me. Hoping others will step up and help you with the packing, etc.

Best of luck. Jean

Any way you could rent out a room or share the house so you can keep it?

I suppose, but i’m ready to down size. I want a little cottage or cabin. Little or no landscaping. Something with a fenced yard.

I’m always happy to lend an ear. I’m sorry the moving is by necessity rather than choice, but I hope you “fall up” in all the ways that matter to you.
