I got hit by it too… I talked about it on last night’s 2022 Ballard street.
A longish comment wouldn’t post, and a message said it contained a banned word.
I always copy my comments before submitting them, in case I need to delete, edit and repost… So i pasted it into an email to the mods and asked what word.
No answer yet, or probably ever.
Dorothea responded that it’s any words with “cu” in them. Maybe there are others as well.

As for customer service… That’s the link at the bottom of every page that says “contact us.” That gives you a form, but if you’d rather just use the address to send your own email, right click and “copy link.”
That’s for subscriptions, complaints, etc… But please don’t be hasty!
For issues with censorship and banning, they just pass it along to the moderators, so it’s days faster to write to them directly: moderator@GoComics.com
Since this nannybot must be automated, I’m not sure which is best.

I just want to thank everybody for your birthday wishes.
My daughter lives in Idaho, too, where it is cloudy, rainy and cold. We are at our daughter’s because of a family situation.
My husband got a cold a few days ago and was kind enough to give it to me for my birthday. Not feeling great today and almost didn’t make it here.
As bad as I feel right now, you all really made me feel better……now if I could only breathe.
Loved all the birthday wishes, cakes, food, etc. Thank you all again, so much!!

My husband really enjoyed seeing all this. I hadn’t shown him what you all do for birthdays before. He was very impressed.

They now have a banned words list. Apparently, “is” is on it. Yeah. I’ll pass on the site and probably cancel my subscription.
A lot of people are having that problem so maybe they will fix it soon.
Someone contacted GoComics and they said they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it as quickly as possible. Stay with us.!
