Some time ago, a photo was posted of a mother white tiger holding her newborn cub in her mouth. Is this the same pair?

It appears to be, of course, a parody of Norman Rockwell’s “Triple Self-Portrait”…

(Which itself, is probably a parody of the famous basset one, by Norman Dogwell.)

An article about     MARTIN WHATSON     I visited his website, which was linked to in the article, and, frankly, was not the least bit impressed.

I had a cat who did this all the time, especially when she was still very young.

She wasn’t scared of anything… I called it playing “mad cat”.

She was pretend-attacking, jumping on the bed, and hopping all the way across the room, arched and sideways, all at top speed.

Sometimes she’d slash away, downwards, at an imaginary toy, or possibly prey.

After a couple of minutes, it would stop as suddenly as it began.

As Happy³ says, she was playing.

That looks like play. That last little bounce away at the end looks like the prelude to a kitten attack.
Someone is wound up.

Funny, after all these years, “Efrom Zimbalest Junior” still rolls off the tongue.

Rebel without a Ma and Pa, at least in terms of proper guidance.

Rebel Above the Laws…

or so she thinks.

It’s a good thing Cleo’s full grown, or I’d have to worry about what she was going to grow up into.

Luckily, she gets distracted by her movie career.

And pizza.

Having Father’s Day and Turkey Day coincide does not seem right! Shouldn’t it be “Grilled Steak Day”?

My Boring Sunday bit:

There won’t be a “My Boring Sunday bit ” until Sunday, July 3, 2022.
Remember I’ve been advised to not stress the surgery stitch line until Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
I don’t think there’s any point in boring you with only three days, so July 3 it is.
There won’t even be a step count because (unless it turns up somewhere-I-put-it-down-and-forgot-where / more than likely possible) the step counter fell off my belt last Tuesday, and I’m not going to replace it. If it turns up though I’ll go back to having fun with it.
Stopping until the end of Week 15.

I downloaded a free app to my phone to count steps. One of the hearing aid manufacturers is coming out with hearing aids that will count steps and monitor your heart rate. I am not joking. It’s a real thing.
