yes. they added a little lightness to his belly. and the female is very drab!

He looks almost as lit up as the lightbulb birds Stel has posted.

I can’t seem to find anything quite like him in lists of blue birds.

Anybody know what he is?

Resembles the Eastern Bluebird as well, except the shade of blue is wrong.

But I gotta tell you, it’s kinda creepy, looking at all these wormy cherries..

I don’t think I’d be looking for one cherry, presumably to eat, if all the rest had worms in them, even if some of the worms are wearing cute little hats.

I hope they have a nice cozy little life in the compost pile.
