I had to search, cos they’re not characters I remembered.
…
In fact, it’s hard for me to believe that this show and Star Trek were on television at the same time…. I mean, yes, I know they were… I watched and liked them both, when I could.
But this seems like ancient history, and Star Trek seems much more current, and memorable.

Hi, my dear friend, it worked – thank you very much for your help. Oh, please let me know, is there also such a heat at Lake Garda like here in Coburg, Northern Frankonia?
Okay… like Steve, I’ve found seven people and what could be the cat, but since it’s not drawn as well as the people, I’m not convinced I’ve found the feline.
7 people in blue, 1 yellow maybe-cat
Anybody find a better cat?
BTW if you think this is a photo, your brain is not in the best condition.
In 1985, a friend who liked to buy and restore TVs from garage sales and such, sold me a late 70s VHS VCR for what he’d paid … $35.
He’d gotten the original receipt and instruction book with it .. it had been half price when those people bought it…. $999, instead of $1,999. It could record from TV but not a camera.
It weighed 40 pounds, had piano style (mechanical) keys for controls, and no remote. You did any programming for future recording by standing there pressing keys.
The clock was called “digital”, but was actually analog… 4 little windows showed small tabs on rotating wheels. They flipped to display the digits, like tiny Rolodexes.
The tapes slid into and out of a holder that popped out of the top when you pressed the eject key. The spring was so strong they occasionally flew out when it stopped, when ejecting them.
I used it for about 10 years, till new ones went on sale for about $150.
I’m surprised the whole system in this ad is under $1500.
.
Wow! She is…
Magnificent!
She should be in some kind of a classic painting!
Her expression is perfect…. whether or not she’s really a her.
I just realized…. Her ear (the dog’s, not the one in the Vermeer) was photo-shopped in. I hadn’t noticed that a human-style one had been added.
So now I’m thinking her rather humanesque eyes are also altered.
My guess, it’s
Great movie.
And she says, “I think I’m seasick!” Sure would blow the mood, wouldn’t it? That’s when you find out who the REAL actors are.
I’ve just watched it three days ago.
Jerry: Oh no you don’t! Osgood, I’m gonna level with you. We can’t get married at all.
Osgood: Why not?
erry: Well, in the first place, I’m not a natural blonde.
Osgood: Doesn’t matter.
Jerry: I smoke! I smoke all the time!
Osgood: I don’t care.
Jerry: Well, I have a terrible past. For three years now, I’ve been living with a saxophone player.
Osgood: I forgive you.
Jerry: [tragically] I can never have children!
Osgood: We can adopt some.
Jerry: But you don’t understand, Osgood! Ohh…
[Jerry finally gives up and pulls off his wig]
Jerry: [normal voice] I’m a man!
Osgood: [shrugs] Well, nobody’s perfect!
[Jerry looks on with disbelief as Osgood continues smiling with indifference. Fade out]
Real, fake, whatever…at least I don’t see a stinger on the tail!
It’s real, but I couldn’t get a species id…
The strange thing is last night I looked up images of hornets, and I couldn’t see stingers on many of them…
But I know hornets have stingers.
Are there some that can hide them?
They all hide them for protection.
Yes.
.,
Real or?
Looks like a tough green to get to in 3.
Real.
A salt flat in Bolivia.
then this WASN’t the garden spot of the whole country
,
Drunk driver POV?
looks to me like the car with the couple tried passing that truck on a curve or hill
Tough on truck drivers who just don’t want to killanybody. He might have to go off into the fence to miss these idiots!
,,.
Season 3, episode 25.
Um… I believe Alexi means…
I had to search, cos they’re not characters I remembered.

I agree with her!
…gag…

Let’s take turns. You put your forehooves on my back, and you can reach some of that low-hanging fruit. Then it will be my turn.
puzzle
I got the people, still working the cat.
Got the cat.
I got the people and the cat.
Me too.
So where’s the photo?
Seven people and a maybe on the cat.
7 people, 1 cat, and sometihing lookin like a dog
Hey, guys I just wanted to send my findings (a picture) but I do not know how to hide it like you always do…

Have a good week, my friend 🌷
If what you want to hide in the box is not just words, but an image, you have to put the link to it inside that space.
If you found the picture online, use the link you found.
But if it’s a picture on your computer, you first have to upload.it to a site that will “host” it (store it online), and give you a link to it.
I use PostImage.org… click the box on that site and browse to your picture. Upload it and then copy the “direct link”
You can’t use the little box here that uploads an image directly from your computer because you can’t put it inside the spoiler box.
Thanks. I updated my reply to Marge, pointing at your explanation
Thank you, Susan! I will try again with big hope, it will work….
Thank you, I will try again, dear Giusy!
Hi, my dear friend, it worked – thank you very much for your help. Oh, please let me know, is there also such a heat at Lake Garda like here in Coburg, Northern Frankonia?
Unfortunately yes, it’s like being cooked 🪭🥵
Add Munich.

Not the cat I found, which I do not see in the image you posted.
Thank you both!
Yes, I see it quite clearly.
I have no idea how the bottom of the copy I downloaded got cropped!
Oops .. I must have done it accidentally, when I cropped off the text at the top.
Bad Susan!
It is a photo.
Heavily altered, but still.
Have you never seen one in those captchas?
Sorry… I’m not following.
Sorry; you’re right.
But it could be an altered photo without the people in it.
Sorry, but my drawings on that search-the-people-and-the-cat are not very nice, next time I will better improve! 🥰😊😎
Wish all a wonderful time, stay safe and sound where ever you all are from! 🙋♀️
You have nothing to apologize for!
I only just vaguely colored in the figures myself, cos I don’t have drawing software, only something meant for marking on photos.
You did a great job, and importantly, you got the spoiler box right on your first attempt!
I’m quite impressed.
It worked… Thank you again and again, dear Susan 💓
Never a problem, Marge.
I’m not as techie as some others, but whatever I know, I’m always happy to share.
My non-cat was different to your non-cat.
LOL
I hope it isn’t as ugly
I found 6 and the cat
….
I’m trying not to get a connection between tis picture and the prevoius one…
LOL…. She hasn’t aged particularly well, but she’s not that old…
And AFAIK he’s not a horse.
According to the caption…. in 2024 at 66 years old.
Kostner is 70.
Kinda looks like Dame Edna.
Awww… poor Sean.
Hope she never sees that comment.
Ashamed to say I laughed.
In a publicity photo
1987’s No Way Out
Feeling down, Nighthawks?
My question too.
Glad you asked, so I don’t have to.
nah….I posted that first tune, and then thinking of how Stel loved to have themes, I went looking for other songs with ‘lonesome’ in them
Dang! I should have posted this above.
In 1965, Sony introduced its first home video recorder, which was priced at $995 – approximately $10,230.48 in 2025.
I bought one of the first Betamax VCRs in 1978….. on sale .for $800
