Happy birthday, Plods. Now I know why they have Sling Forward Day today. This way, we all get a chance to get up earlier to say happy birthday to you. Do you get to eat all of that birthday cake yourself, or can we get some of it?

It’s a chocolate brownie pie, with pecans and chocolate chips in the filling, and butter pastry dragons all around…
The large dragon is a hand modelled chocolate/vanilla marble cookie.
The dragons were baked separately, so it’s not hard to take apart.
