The tail color is important. Susan, you had it right as far as I can tell. There are thirty caterpillars, meaning that there is more than one double. I found three that are “triplets”, although the facial expressions are different. The one I found by process of elimination that didn’t have a color match was the one you identified.
News: (still March 17 for me)
This will be my last posting up to, quite possibly, Easter weekend and if things don’t go well, a bit beyond that (it will be at least seven days, and that’s if everything goes perfectly).
There is a cancer on my tongue and its being removed tomorrow (March 18).
This is a recurrence from 1999-2000, so it’s going to take longer to recover I’m told (last time I was in for only 5 days).
So here comes a tracheotomy, skin graft, and another chunk taken out of my tongue and to top it all off, a feeding tube.
No one has said, but I suspect speech therapy is in my future.
I have to be at the hospital for 5:00 A.M. so it’s an early type night for me.
I’ll let you know when I’m back.
Yikes! How unfortunate. We certainly wish you the best possible outcome. While I have not experienced all that you will, I have had a naso-gastric tube in place for five days. Nothing by mouth, not even water. A complete absence of fun.
Mano a mano they dueled, each trying to outpun the other. Ultimately, Claude had to get the last word in because – – – – – – – – – – he was the Master.

“Don’t you just love these balmy temperatures?”
Gorgeous coat!
I guess it’s okay for them to wear white before Memorial Day.

This husky reminds me of @FenixLumiere, the prancing dog. I follow him on facebook.

A few more weeks of TRAINing and he’ll be allowed to run the train.

Have wee seen this? Seems familiar.
similar…the artist has used this perspective before
Well, tell him to stop it!
It’s scary!
There is probably an easier way the two of you could have a conversation.

I don’t recognize it.
It’s a flower. 😉😁
Conjoined twin rose!
Or maybe camellia.
It’s the former.
Not sure why you’re so confident… it does look more like a rose, but I added “maybe camellia” because some doubles look just like roses.
In my previous house I had a tall double camellia bush that visitors often thought were roses…
But their growth habit is different, they’re a bit shallow, and the individual stems are too short for a vase.
Mine were very pale pink, but these are similar, except mine looked even more rose-like. I just didn’t find the right picture in the time I have.

These fellows sure seem to be happy about something.
I can smell that picture .
Yes!
find the one caterpillar that is not duplicated
I think I found it.
Oops….
I was just coming back to say I thought it was
It’s a bit confusing…. Some of them seem to be duplicated in twos, and some in threes… And the tails have to match as well.
MCTS… Isn’t your guy the same as the one almost directly way below him…. 2nd from right, bottom row?
Whoops! Yes, it is, as you say, quite confusing.
OK After going through them a different way, I think I might have been over complicating things….
I spotted it when I first looked, but discounted it as I thought the difference was meant to be something else……
Check the tail colors. I think Susan is correct (I hope so, that’s the one I got too).
Yeah, I’m no good at these things, I give up.
No, I think a lot of people didn’t or couldn’t even try.
So you’re doing well!
I’ve spent more than a reasonable amount of time on this silly thing, but I just did it again and came up with the same answer.
Don’t blame yourself if your answer is different; who knows if mine is correct, though I think it is.
One problem is that in most cases two match, but in some matches, there are three.
I have a limited number of colors available in my tablet software, but I tried to mark matching caterpillars as well as I could.
Where I didn’t have another color I used different shapes or dots…
The lone unmatched caterpillar is marked in several colors.

Gosh… I know I should have refreshed the page before I left…
In case you do see this…
Sorry to hear your news, and I hope everything goes well! 🤞
Take care (as if you have a choice, I know)
We’ll keep a light on🕯️ for your return!
all the luck in the world to you, Alex. keeping you in my thoughts
Sending good vibes out to you. May the surgery go well and your recovery be uneventful.
All the best.
Thoughts are with you, Alexikakos.
Prayers for you, Alex. Just remember, when you get frustrated because you can’t talk, you can come here and type until your fingers cramp up.
♥ Have a speed recovery my friend… it sounds dreadful ♥
(PS, you’ll be missed).
Put your foot down!
But don’t put your foot in it.
Mano a mano they dueled, each trying to outpun the other. Ultimately, Claude had to get the last word in because – – – – – – – – – – he was the Master.
The game can’t be only a foot, cos I’ve heard them talking about a 30 yard line… maybe even 50!
30 yards is 90 feet all by itself, and who knows how many more yards there are!
Also sometimes you want to try your hand at a game… And I’ve heard some sports gear costs an arm and a leg.
I don’t want to stick my neck out, by saying anything…. but that seems unfair if all you get is a foot!
