One day i will take the time to go through a site i have bookmarked that has lots of old out of copyright movies and look up the original silent pre code version.
A LINK to Wikipedia on Ramon Novarro (he was murdered at age 69 in 1968 / one of his murderers / two brothers / committed suicide and the other died in prison / they had been released on parole from Novarro’s murder and committed other crimes).
I found out about Scott Adams and the mess he got himself into two days ago when WCraft at “Ripley’s…) asked about “Free Dilbert” protesters. I then noticed he is now completely missing from GoComics ( the daily current strip was cut when that revamp happened a few years ago / I was never a great fan of the strip, but if it was handy I read it). Scott S. posted, as an answer to WCraft, where the comic can now be found.
I enjoyed the strip immensely, despite Mr. Adams’s politics which I find abhorrent. Dilbert “classics” was part of my GC lineup. I searched the GC site for any mention of Mr. Adams or the strip, but there was nothing except numerous references to his current troubles in other strips. I have no sympathy for the predicament Mr. Adams put himself in. What he said was racist and, quite frankly, stupid. When given the opportunity to “clarify” what he meant, he doubled down on his stupidity.
He has made a ton of $$ from Dilbert over the years, so I’m sure he’s not hurting too much financially. I have to wonder if he was just tired of doing the strip and looking for a way to stop. In his warped worldview, perhaps he thought this was the way to go out so he could whine about being “canceled.” As if tuning out the stupid and racist among us was somehow wrong.
Great picture!
Wanna kiss?
I’d rather neck.
From some time back:
What’s cookin’, Good Lookin’?
Chicken, wanna neck?
hey, sweetie. your place or mine?
I very much love this song.
Kinda been, in part, the anthem of my life.

I like these young men. This is informative and science geek fun. With a smidgen of dry silly Brit humor.
All around fun stuff.
OOOoooohh, doesn’t this just ooze “spectacle”? This is one canine epic I would like to see re-released into the theaters.
A link back to this date last year for. KATE AITKEN’S BANANA CREAM PIE RECIPE. Updating other news from that date,
Buddy is now 366 days older (please, any chance of current pictures of all your furballs?).
Let me work on that.

“Stick with me, kid. We’re going places.”
A picture link to The Project Gutenberg eBook version of the novel, published in 1880, on which the movie is based.
