On several sites, it was offered for sale as a photo of a New York City subway car.

However, there were links to at least half a dozen very similar images that were labeled AI by their creators. Or “creators.”

Considering the regularity of the supposed grime and stains…. ie all the seats in the same black and orange stripes… and the colors of the graffiti.. plus the fact that the view into the next car looks like outdoors instead….

I call AI on this one too.

Besides, I’ve seen film and photos of real NYC subways, including short YouTube videos of a fellow who draws portraits of his fellow subway passengers, and they never looked like this.

They’re shabby but they do get cleaned.

Ditto. My eyes also said something was off, though my brain doesn’t know why. Too… regular? A little too plastic-looking?

This is either:
a) ritual sacrifice.
b) the kinkiest thing I’ve ever seen.
c) what I call great dinner theater.
d) all of the above.

It’s a Disney Mickey Mouse cartoon: “The Whoopee Party” from from (as near as I can tell) 1932.
The gif starts at 3 minutes 46 seconds.

Definitely

SPOILER
Peter O’Toole
and I think
SPOILER > 50/50
Anthony Quinn, before I go look it up.
as they appeared in a scene from
SPOILER
Lawrence of Arabia.
The costume is a total giveaway.

As you probably know….. but just in case….

Here we have…

Peter O’Toole, as Lawrence, and Anthony Quinn, playing yet another nationality in his arsenal of ethnicities…

in…
Lawrence of Arabia

Supposedly…
Not very historically accurate, but an enjoyable, epic film (IMHO)

My minister’s wife (in the 70s) told the story of her college roommate who was dating two guys. They each took her to see Lawrence of Arabia on the same day (matinee and evening).

Over 7 hours was a little much.

Okay…. tracked it to a source, where it is called “AI modified, wallpaper, Digital Art design.”

My search showed many very similar designs, some probably human created, without the creepy artifacts.

Don’t forget, AI programs copy and store thousands of real artworks, and paste bits or try to replicate styles into whatever you’re trying to “create”, without any human understanding of what constitutes, for example, a real dog face.

One with three eyes or without a nose is all the same to AI.

Can you pick out…
Jack Lemmon and Marilyn Monroe

in….

Some Like It Hot
??

I don’t see the

the other co-star….
Tony Curtis, who, like Lemmon, was disguised as a woman, to hide from gangsters. Hysterically funny movie from Billy Wilder! /spoiler]

Yes. The two stars you name are obvious, and I can’t see Tony Curtis either. I thought I knew one of the other young women, but I checked the cast list on IMDb and she’s not on it, so I must have been wrong.
Oh, and one

spoiler edit
it’s Jack Lemmon.

Giraffes spend a lot of time in the blazing sun.

They have prehensile tongues, up to nearly 2 feet long, and use them to reach overhead into tall trees to find food.

The tongue color is thought to be dark because the excess melanin helps to protect them from getting sunburned, high in the canopy overhead.

Why blue or purple instead of black or brown isn’t really known, or wasn’t last I heard.

I think that’s the idea…

Pressure on the sides of the lid pops the seal.

The iconic cover of the Bassets’ “Doggy Road.”

Wow, that takes me back.

Did you know it was one of the only album covers ever to carry neither its title nor the name of the band on the front?

Their manager said he did it to show that they were so famous it was unnecessary.

Of course their human copydogs just had to do the same thing.

Paul says he was barefoot because it was hot, so his feet swelled a bit, and his new shoes hurt. This crossing was right outside their studio, so he left them behind.

Meanwhile, all the crazy theories had just started about Paul having died and being replaced. Some people insisted that his bare feet were a signal. Sigh….

Meanwhile…. Hope you’re finding all nine differences!

When you’re ready….

I have found a new comic. New to me.
It was mentioned on the new comic on GoComics, Fur Babies.
Keven & Kell. Its by Bill Holbrook. A name i know.
So how did i miss a comic about bunnies and dogs?
I’m so badly hooked that i have binged five years worth in about four days.
Did i mention the bunnies?
And i can call them dogs because they are domesticated.

They were about to break up, also tired of their old style, though that’s not the reason for the breakup…. arguing, writing songs separately…

Yet they still managed to help send the musical world in new directions…

Hall & Oates has got to be one of the most prolific artists i have ever heard.
And i don’t know anyone that has anything bad to say about them.
Good band. 🙂

I guess maybe no one says anything bad about them if you don’t count each other.

They rarely got along even in their heyday, known for squabbling and arriving separately at gigs, and now it pops up in my news feeds that one is suing the other…

I think it’s Hall suing Oates… for trying to sell his half of their rights without both signatures, which would be required under their contract.

I do like their music… instant earworms… but when I first heard it, in the days of hard edge rock and roll, and being a fan of the the Ramones and such, I called it teenybopper music.

Now “You’re a Rich Girl” or “Sara Smiles” is much more likely to be running through my mind than forgotten Ramones and Devo songs.
