Wow… beautiful, Stel.
Liz Howler was certainly lovely back then, wasn’t she?
Of course, I didn’t get to see it when it was new…
my mother thought I was much too young for the adult themes…
not to mention Liz vamping about in her slip, acting, as my father put it, like a …a… well, like a female dog in heat.
(And I thought he was talking about the hot weather in the South.)
…
That human Liz…. she’s nothing but a pale pink imitation of Liz Howler.
They coulldn’t call her Maggie the Basset, could they… cos that was already taken…
so they cast her as a CAT??
C’mon…. she looks nothing like a cat.
Why, she doesn’t even have any fur!
And her eyes are some kind of strange violet color…. no proper sort of brown at all.
We had Bobby McFerrin only a few days ago, but regarding the second one…
Chris Mann did it before – and pretty darn well.
I plan to prepare maeuntang today – hot and spicy Korean fish soup.
We’ll share that with an American friend tomorrow.
Does the meat from the fish-bones count as cold cuts?
Fortunately, the salmon is of excellent quality; no need to go to hospital.
Funny – I was thinking about making Feuerzangenbowle because of the cold nights soon.
I’m guessing the latter dish translates roughly to “Fire in the Bowl”, which rhymes with “fire in the hole”, which is what explosives specialists warn you about.
As near as I can tell, this is a picture of the aftermath of the March 11, 1888 blizzard that hit New York City.
That blizzard also contributed to the outcry to (and may have been the final straw that caused) New York City telephone lines to be moved underground. The poles were so laden with wires and snow that many of them fell over.
Tigressy mentioned “a certain doll” and Chucky came to mind immediately.
I had completely forgotten about this garage sale HERE. My mind is weirded wiredly.
[human version]
I’ve heard here are some kind of dogs inside those lumps.
Looks like a perfectly acceptable arrangement for all concerned.
Anyone have a gopher hole handy?
I heard a much longer version with a LOT of blue words in it that was really funny.
This one?
This is unreal!
Well done.
Shot in Berlin.
The television tower is briefly shown.
If there isn’t already a name for that style of dancing, I propose the “human kaleidoscope.”

I just don’t get it.
You needto label this PG! Cleo is HOT HOT HOT!
cold cuts
There’s dinner tonight. One of each, please.
And there I thought it had something to do with olives today, but no…
I hope Plods is OK.

Nope; it’s a hot punch.
Sorry Tigressy. i tried replying to NH’s cold cut photo, and it showed up under your photo. That was before I even saw yours.
And, I can’t seem to delete this.

From Yesterday.
Tigressy mentioned “a certain doll” and Chucky came to mind immediately.
I had completely forgotten about this garage sale HERE. My mind is weirded wiredly.
And please don’t post any of Nighthawks’ or StelBel’s work either.
Thank you.
I didn’t post anybody’s work. I merely set up a link to Friday, Semptember 10, 2021’s animation. nighthawks and/or StelBel posted it.
Speaking from experience: Don’t.
Liz Howler…. AAARRROOOOOOoo!
