I think it’s just cos the background is black, and there’s nobody in it, so the eyes are black, too, and the yellow feathers look gray.

It would be pretty …. I…think…with someone wearing it against a purple background.

I don’t have software to do that right now.

I watched a video long ago of Jacques Pepin doing this, only his was a swan….

He made it look so easy!

I’ve tried a bunch of times… something always goes wrong.
Like…. I don’t think you’re supposed to cut the head off.

As Tigressy hinted….

It’s the writing on the wall in the bible.

I’m no bible scholar…
I may even have learned it from a movie or a Classics comic book.

I don’t remember the name of the king, but God put that mysterious message on his wall.

I think it was Daniel(?) who understood it, and told the king it meant his days were numbered, and his kingdom would be destroyed.

That’s why we say you have to read the writing on the wall.

I saw it first in “Between Planets” (a Heinlein novel) at about fourteen. Spent a lot of time puzzling over it!

It was a brilliant idea to create such a series, and amazing that he held onto that idea and that goal through the course of his disease.

Needs to wash that off, concrete can give you chemical burns through extended exposure.

I would comment on how the obstacle is inadequately signed and guarded, but that’s from a UK HSE perspective and not a US OSHA one.

Cleo is funnier than Heathcliff.

And Stel was elated when Cleo started walking in two legs.

But Cleo doesn’t perform any “ordinary tasks”.
“Ordinary” is beneath her diva status.

Also… there’s a lot in everybody that nobody understands.

It’s the human condition.

“Nobody really understands you.” “You have often been misunderstood.” — Lines like that are used all the time by fortunetellers and quack psychiatrists to ensnare you, because they’re so universal.
