I know she’s of the lizard ilk… a chameleon?

But it’s weird how much she looks like an alien turkey… and with those white scales, one who traded his beak for false teeth.

It’s called a “Panther Chameleon”    (Chamaeleo pardalis) native to Madagascar.

You have to wonder what he did to garner so much attention.

Well, he is a dog.
And that’s almost as good as being a bunny.

One of my favorite t-shirts as an adolescent was one that proclaimed, in LARGE BLOCK LETTERS: Humpty Dumpty was PUSHED!

I like the last song especially, Mother-in-Law. Not for any personal reason, I assure you.

Claude should have told Cleo OK, but he’d get her a few magazines too…

“Plump N’ Short Fashions,” “The Waddler”, “The Round Hound Diet Guide,” “Muddy Belly” (Your Guide to Country Living).

My Boring Sunday bit:
Starting weight: 184 lbs.  /  Goal weight: 145 lbs. (-39 lbs.)  /  Weight lost to last week: 8.2 lbs. (30.8 lbs. left)
39 lbs. = 1,259.6923828125 in.³of me to lose.
32.2998046875 in.³/lb. butter  ×  8.2 lbs.  =  264.8583984375 in.³ of me lost to last week. 994.833984375 in.³of me to lose left).

Last week’s weight: 175.8 lbs.  /  Goal weight today: 174.3lbs.)
I am now 174.2 lbs.
175.8 lbs.  –  174.2 lbs  =  1.6 lbs.
30.8 lbs.  –  1.6 lbs.  =  29.2 lbs. (balance of desired loss to reach 145 lbs.)
32.2998046875 in.³/lb. butter  ×  1.6lbs.  =  51.6796875 in³ of me lost this week.
264.8583984375 in.3  +  51.6796875 in.³  =  316.5380859375 in.³of me lost to date (943.154296875 in.³to go)
174.2 lbs. lbs.  –  1.5 lbs.  =  172.7 lbs.  (next Sunday’s goal weight)

My step counter says I did better than 20,400 steps this week. “Better than” because I checked and Trikke movements don’t trigger it.
That time away from the Trikke though, tells me that the leg part of my regimen is working. When I got on it this week, I was riding up slopes that I had to walk up at the beginning. On one fortunate day, I started the chosen route going into the wind (about 20 km./hr.); that’s like riding uphill all the way. When I turned around to go back that same wind was now pushing, and the trip back was a breeze (see what I did there?).
I’ll be adding a bit more “weight” to the regimen for week 7 and I’ve also modified the way I do one of the current exercises, but no new exercises until week 8.

Mother in Law was an earworm for me way back when, Don’t know why. I was just a kid and knew little about the mother in law stereotype.
