I really did hurt my back yesterday.
I bent over to pick up the kitten and half way back up i knew something was wrong. Not way wrong because everything didn’t lock up, I can still walk. But i still need to be careful. One of the times that i had everything lock up, it happened a couple of days after i strained it first.
So i’m doubling up the muscle relaxers for a couple of days.
Been there, done that. Doing yard work one time, tweaked my back. It took me over 20 minutes just to crawl back to the front door. Went online, ordered a walker (honestly – not pulling your leg!). FedEx guy brought it the next day – I yelled for him to open the door and bring it inside. He didn’t. I cursed him and his offspring, then struggled out to get it myself.

I’m reminded of the old vaudeville gag involving a doctor visit.
Patient: “Doc, it hurts when I go like this.”
Doctor: “So don’t go like that.”
“Listen to what your doctors and nurses tell you!” (A very smart man told me that…)
Robin Hound still struggles with his motivational skills, I see…
never was his strong suite
“We few, we happy few, we band of brothers…”
