Whoever would paint a cat deserves his wounds.
By this site, I consider it reliable, “GIVE IT LOVE” ,the markings are real.

Sorry there’s no way most of those shapes… especially the face and those double stripes around the front legs… are real markings.

things sound touch and go for Stel –I was on the phone with her from the hospital and it was good to hear her laugh out loud
she said she might not get home in time to make a new puzzle for Saturday, and for me to post something—so I did
but very early this morning things started taking a turn for the worse.
Even with this posting, we can give in to gloom and doom, or we can post as close to normal as possible and give StelBel something to come back to.
I’ll wait for others to either agree or disagree before acting.
I do think we need to keep going…
Otherwise what would be in this space?
It’s the strip that creates a gathering place for us.
Whatever laughter we can muster is also a help.
We do have another birthday party very soon (3rd of the 3 in October) that I think should be put off for a bit… I hope the honoree will understand.

Is there anything we can supply for her that she can’t do for herself? I don’t know that much about her or where she lives, but does she have anyone to take care of her house / yard / pets until she comes home? Will she need a support person to take care of her as she recuperates? Let us know how her Cleo family can help, even if it’s just to get her to grin every once in awhile.

I am not really a reliable judge of anything right now, but I’ll say that Susan and Happy(3) make sense to me.
I’m on the side of keeping things as close to normal as possible while waiting for StelBel’s recovery.
Sending her as many good vibes as possible that that’s the outcome.
It’s my experience that when someone is struck down, their chances of recovery are vastly improved if they have something to strive for. Hope is all important now. Let’s send her as much as we can.
Nighthawks, please keep us posted as you learn more. I know that I’m going to keep this tab open and will check in for news throughout the day.

To my eyes, there are a couple of tricky ones today, or maybe I should just say subtle ones…
But there are nine, I promise.

Some very subtle differences in this one. I only found seven. A bit miffed that I missed, with what in hindsight with your solution, was quite an obvious one. Grrrrrrrrr!!

I’d have to multiply the number I got by 1.5 to get all nine.
Aaarrrrrrr, I missed that one completely. Plus two others that I kept looking at thinking they weren’t quite right, but couldn’t pick out what was changed. In the end I just chalked it to looking too hard and moved on. Oh well, 6.
I came here to do the puzzle when I got the news. Got them all, but that doesn’t seem so important now.

My sister liked this song. She liked the ‘reveal’ at the end.
Different sex, different beat, but again I like the tune.
…Lollypop is a great one. There is something about her unique voice that I really like.

I hope you’re running a PC, because I don’t know how to work a Mac.
1 Drag the picture to your Pictures File.
2 Open it with “Paint”
3 If it isn’t visible go to the top bar of the window, right click, and selcect “Show quick access bar”
4) Click “resize” and using the % option select a figure that suits you (pixels work, but their more awkward). 5) Save it an you’re done.
After that, I don’t know how you did what you did.
The attachment is at 50%.
