More photographs of the ice cream truck at this….…LINK…… the ice-cream truck is actually piece about climate change.
EWC has upgraded her perimeter defenses after your nearly successful wrecking ball attack, Cleo. It was a good try.
I enjoyed all the videos. Sweet Dreams and Karma Chameleon are old favorites, never saw them in video. Kind of a stretch to see Boy George getting all those Victorians singing along! And Princess Bride, such a great movie.
The price difference is SOMEWHAT lessened from my first impression by the fact that the RCS jar is half the size.
The 5th and 6th jar would total $8.94 for 900g… closer, but yeah, still cheaper. .
Another thing to check is expiration dates… I don’t know whether RCS is a closeout store… I shop at one… Grocery Outlet… and have to be careful about that. Not outdated but soon to expire.
….
And yet ANOTHER thing is… I don’t eat CheeZ… whiz or not… Only cheeSe… which can often be had on sale for $3 a pound, 454gm, and at almost any time $4 a pound, especially in 2lb blocks, at Grocery Outlet, Costco, or even supermarkets.
I saw 2lb blocks of mild cheddar at Safeway last week for $5.99, but chose instead to pay $8 and a few cents at Costco for a 2 pound pkg, 908gm, of lovely, natural, sliced Havarti…
I know that’s American dollars. But still… why eat cooked and processed, watered down, whey and chemicals from a jar for only pennies less?
I did, immediately.
Do you have any direct knowledge of the modifications Cleo made in the design specifications when she built hers?
Hers looks a bit smaller.

There is no reason you have to complete the steps to full cheese.
This may be old, but the recipe instructions were obviously modified when mechanical
temperature controls replaced palms of hands.

Cup Cheese (Credited to: “From an old cook book”)
Three-quarters fill a wide pan with thick, sour milk and place in the oven. Set the gauge
at about 300°, making sure of a mild, steady heat. Oven heat makes a tough
curd and that is what you want for cup cheese. When the curds and whey have
separated, drain off the whey and pack the cheese in a crock. Salt. Add more curds
prepared in this manner every day for a week. At the end of the week, take the cheese
from the crock, place in a kettle, and melt over low heat. Then bring slowly to a boil and
add:
1 cup cream
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon soda
1 beaten egg
Boil together slowly for a few minutes, then pour into cups and cool. The Pennsylvania
Dutch save their old cups for this purpose and the cheese is taken to market in them.
This is a softer cheese than Ball Cheese.
Note from me:
The last instructions for the Ball Cheese (The recipe above this one in the book.) read:
“When spring comes get out the crock, scrape the mold from the
cheese, and it will be ready to use.
Coloring matter may be added but is not
essential.”
From yesterday.
I get that warning as well; with other sites too. I even get them when I’m on a computer at the library.
As they never seem to interfere with my use of the various sites I just ignore them.
I just had to play today’s animation over and over! There is such detail in the flight. I can’t believe all the work you both did for today! It’s really great!
in researching the ingenuity, I found that the twin propellers spin in opposite directions.
So adapting that made it more realistic

The animation on this one is super. Especially noticed the bag of water being pulled up. This was very clever, Cleo, but you have to do better than that to outwit the EWC. Amazing that there just happened to be an umbrella right there.

I expect them to start singing.
Glad to see the cacti had a choreographer. The Canadian National Film Board has funded many good works that are not seen much outside of Canada.
Toe tappin’ cacti. What fun!

Love this clip!!
Wow… Great work!
Even if the EWC escaped from what he so rightly deserves.
Then again… our sweet little Cleo’s no angel either, is she?
Love the aerial view!
…
Anyway, I do miss GoComics, cos I spend so much time here… but this really shows off the WordPress advantage.
So many frames it looks like a video instead of a .gif.
Must have taken a long time to create…
But it couldn’t have been done last year at all, cos at 10.1 Mb, it’s just over 10 times what Sherpa would have allowed.
Drone on!
301 frames, to be exact!!
Wow.
Double WOW!

That video is what made me love Karma Chameleon…
When it was new my friends considered Culture Club pretty much teenybopper bubblegum music… but I (sort of secretly) liked them.
The video has all sorts of things in it that I could say are ridiculous…
A silly, over-acted plot that has nothing to do with the lyrics, plus costumes and colors that are anachronistic in any era…
….
But it’s one of my favorite videos ever….
Along with this one….
Why? Who knows. Some things just ARE..
I will enjoy them sometime tomorrow. Time to sleep. G’night all.
Yes, that is a good one!
One of our whole family’s favorite movies.
Gorgeous animation! I kept waiting for the water balloon to break, it looks sooo heavy…
Try sending this up in your drone….
I don’t really think Cleo’s angelic side is fighting this hard here …
This is why you have to keep an eye on the advertised pricing.
Left is Real Canadian Superstore, right is Safeway / Sobeys.

We have a Grocery Outlet not far away. My daughter’s friends who shop there affectionately call it the Gross Out.
did anyone notice the uncanny resemblance Cleo’s drone has to the Mars rover helicopter?
Yes i did!

well, the solar panel was unneeded because she just recharged the battery through good old 110 volt plugins at the Clifford house
I guess I’m the only one who didn’t. :((
I noted your ingenuity right away ☺
I go to Tillamook every once in a while just for fresh cheddar curds.
Squeaky cheese!

I’ve seen this MANY MANY times and yet after posting this morning, I was cackling and laughing out loud as if I’d never seen it.

Gonna need a bigger drone…with a rocket launcher
