Chris Bray’s photograph of a baby red crab is a picture link to an article about the red crab migration which takes place every year in Australia’s Christmas Island National Park (the location is shown in the attachment). There is also a video of Sir David Attenborough describing the migration there.
I’m not sure how you use the internet, but sorry, Alexi, that makes no sense to me.
When I’m only looking for a picture, I do a quick image search.
I don’t go looking for articles to read, hoping one might contain an illustration I want to use.
In fact, in these days of prolific click-bait links, many people who write such articles do the same thing, “borrowing” pictures from the internet instead of hiring photographers.
…
I admit, I searched images for “lice comb” and found that one.
I wouldn’t have even clicked on an article about lice or crabs, much less read a disgusting one, because all I wanted was a picture of a comb.
It’s even possible the author of the one you read had borrowed the same image.
…
Meanwhile, you complain, but post a disgusting, sickening emoji, at maybe 10 times normal size, that literally makes me queasy to view….
And attach it to my comment, so I’m forced to see it every time I look for replies.
…
You already know how I feel about huge, attention-seeking enlargements of avatars and emojis, anyway.
A question, instead of an assumption, would certainly have sufficed.
…
If you just happen to delete it, for the sake of my weak stomach, I think this comment will go too, or if not, I’ll make sure.
It’s still dessert month.
I had to read this three times before I realized it was 60 grams of sugar and not “gog” sugar. 🙂
A 20 cm “pastry case” is the English / European? way of saying an 8-inch pie crust.
SHE! SHE! SHE!!!! She looks like a ‘he’ in that picture. I don’t know why I always think of her as a ‘he’. But, thanks. I didn’t want to get yelled at by Susan again.
Well, maybe not holding our breath……. this may take awhile. I’m sure he wants us here when he can get back. Definitely praying and sending healing thoughts, though.
,
Trading cards?
Can I trade them for some Uncle Scrooges?
.
Again?!?
oops. meant to post this one
A picture link to the rest of the story pages.
Cheri Christensen
“Mak, mak, quaACK!, mak, mak, mak…”
I like it.

“The door wouldn’t open, so I fixed it.”
“You’re welcome.”
Hollow-core doors aren’t good for much.
This is cute.
..
Who says I’m crabby?!?

That’s kind of cute!
Poor tree’s gonna need a giant one of these….
I just hate it when my trees get all crabby
I’m guessing I found the same article where you got this photograph from.
It’s a good thing I haven’t eaten breakfast yet. —

Thank you.
my, my. i didn’t know crabs grew on trees!
Funny!
I have seen some of his work, someplace, a long time ago.
Thanks, Happy³.
People, take the 13 minutes; you will be rewarded.
From yesterday.
The 4th quarter of the Colts / Jaguars game.
Enough said.

love that pasta!
HMMMMMMMMM…………….
.
I dun gotta get me a better dealer.
so much for a TRANQUIL ride in Venice! how romantic…..
oh….. i turned the sound way up for Pavarotti. sigh!
Cleo is all for romance. He really brought that couple together! Shared experiences and all that.
Who he?
SHE! SHE! SHE!!!! She looks like a ‘he’ in that picture. I don’t know why I always think of her as a ‘he’. But, thanks. I didn’t want to get yelled at by Susan again.
sniffle…
yelled at?
by that mean old susan?
but…but… i always thought she was so nice.
She is nice and she is very adamant about protecting Cleo’s gender. I have to think more when I’m here talking about Cleo.
LOL
Was Pavarotti stifling a laugh there?
Well, I thought so.
The commenters on YouTube thought he was smiling happily because he was enjoying it so much.
But I thought he was cracking up, though in a friendly way.
…
Bryan Adams can carry a tune, and afaik has a good voice for rock, and the blues… But opera singer he’s not.
When Pavarotti opened his mouth he steamrollered him.
That’s not a criticism of Adams… I’d generally rather hear rockers sing rock, not Pavarotti. But the power of his voice is undeniable.
Has anyone heard anything of Plods yet?
no news is good news. i am assuming he’s in intensive care and email/phones are not allowed?
We’ll keep on praying and holding our breath then…

Her had super major chest surgery, and might even still be anesthetized.
Her?
Did I miss something?
