How did s/he manage to just get the sky? And not the spire on that building!
Oh! I get it.
Funny as it looks to think that the cat took the puzzle apart… it wasn’t finished.
I’m betting the humans put the whole edge together first (as I usually do, though it’s been years).
Then while they were working on it, they put all the sky pieces they found in one pile and maybe the bottom tree pieces in another, to come back to later, while putting together the recognisable bits.
The cat merely decided to lie on a nice pile of pieces.
There’s been a few attempts at powered skates and skateboards over the years. The main issue with them is the size of the wheels and the smoothness of surface they need. The modern electric scooter is better for both reasons.

This is the pose Mr.Miyagi taught me…
Oh yeah! If you got it, flaunt it!
The Plaza Hotel NYC – 1907

It’s a bit more crowded in Manhattan these days.
the first thing I think of is the poor freaking beasts of burden in those days.
How about some water for those parked horses?
ARRRGGHH!

Especially 70 foot tall cats.
this is really silly, but I laughed out loud so ……

Da dump da dump da daaaa dump…
There is the girl I want to go off-roading with.

Why do the guys always like the… um.. witches?
it’s that eye of newt they have.

Way to go, Chuck! You had an honest-to-dog acting career. And it was no easier to do that then than it is now.
yeah I grew up seeing him in countless tv shows and movies
He was the stern version.
And if they wanted the funny version, they got Gale Gordon.
I always thought Richard Deacon. (Or as he was known in my family “Lumpy’s Dad…”)
“I’m keeping them warm for you. Don’t thank me, I’m happy to be of service.”

I never had the patience for those things, try as I might

I got it in under eleven seconds! I hadn’t even finished my first pass. 😮
Not a very menacing bat, is it
It looks more like a stuffed toy bat or a bat cookie.
ok..where is it?
I’ll show you tomorrow 😁
Got it in under a minute…unusual for me.
I still haven’t found it
Under a minute for me too, but way over 11sec.
….
The road crew got a little heavy handed with the asphalt.
Doesn’t look like they’d ever worked with it before.
they also ran it straight into that tree.
the first car that goes down that road is in for a surprise
European public toilet?
Not with a screen on it.
Poorly installed shower cubicle.
“Oh, you wanted a drain in it? Alright, we’ll figure out something.”
Lowest bidder.
How’s anything going to jump up there to drain?
That’s probably the point of the picture…
But it does make me hope it’s not a toilet.
yeah, it looks like some worker had some trouble interpreting the blueprints.
That raised area should have been an innie instead of an outie
It played for me once and disappeared.
If you mean the WereBasset animation… it’s continuous for me.
Just the first time. it’s been there since.
Pedalled Roller Skates, 1910
I can’t believe those didn’t catch on.
Oh… They rachet or spring up and down! Yikes!
I assume the rear wheels can roll forward, but lock when pushed backwards, It looks like a lot of fun to me.
Young man on powered roller skates, ca. 1900
Those too.

The animation looks great.
