Four in one !
I cut out the bunny by Miska and Maude Petersham at 9:16 to get a better look at the details (the racoons in the same frame are excellently done too). That’s what’s in the box.
OK, puzzlers and Cleo people… or Cleo-ers and puzzle people….
I gotcher solution right here!
I’m amending this post to reflect that there are TEN DIFFERENCES.
See posts from Tigressy and Alexikakos below.
….
Nice of Cleo to want to read us a story… hope it doesn’t involve wild basset hounds eating us for midnight supper, or werebassets howling in the moonlight.
What sort of stories do basset hounds tell their puppies at Halloween time, anyway?
Scary ones about demon bassets, or sweet ones about trick-r-treating for Liv-a-Snaps and Milk Bones?
Anyway… get as close as you can to solving the puzzle…. sounds like some of you have already found nine…
But you might want to look for a tenth before you peek.
I’ve replaced my solution with one that shows all ten.
what’s also interesting about that ‘hiding behind the couch ‘ comic—I also
did a strip on Zombie-dogs several years ago (will rerun tomorrow)–
coincidence?
It’s oatmeal day today (I made porridge for a snack last week).
Counting today as day one, there are twenty-six days to American Thanksgiving eve.
Given that the attachment ran on the eve in 2013 I’m guessing it was at least partially meant to celebrate it.
Uhg (for both you and your grandson) ! ! !
Since you were to be going home yesterday, I hope you’re at least unhooked from all fixed (and portable) air-hoses and I.V. lines.
Let’s hope your grandson doesn’t require hospitalization.
Bad time for the Covid bug to appear. I’m sure you are anxious to be home. I hope your traveling to home goes easily. And I hope your grandson has a mild case and is over it quickly. Take care. Hugs to you, too!!

I like the heavy, lyre-shaped, whatever-that-thing-is-that-holds-up-the-keyboard is called.
Whether it’s shaped that way or not, its name is in fact the lyre box.
lyre lyre pants on fire
Looks like the house has fireflies in copious amounts.
she’s gorgeous!
Nothing haunts like a lost love.
For some reason this gives me a Corpse Bride vibe. 🙂

The artist calls himself CreedStonegate.
Just wonder why he is looking at us. Are we scarier than the monster??
No, us Clio-ites are so sexy he can’t help but stare.

“Did you say something about ‘bacon’?”
Beautiful!
I know that look.
that nose is a favorite!
Pretty confident I’ve got all nine in good time, i.e. < ten minutes.
I think I got them all, too. I didn’t time myself.
I think nighthawks decided to give us a treat this week, and not a trick. —
Same here.
This one was easy – under 5 minutes. Good thing as I have a really busy day ahead.
Psst. There are 10 this week.
I got seven fairly quickly.
I’ll have to try for the next four in the morning. When i can see better.
Um… or maybe… when you can add better?
… unless there’s yet another one.
Sorry, Happy³, i just couldn’t help it…. LOL
😀
Man, i must have been tired!
Time for new glasses. I’ve done much better since I got these. I’m 2 out of 3 since getting them.

Then… just say, “Trick or Treat“…
Got the same and fairly quick, too!
Edit: I don’t know why Alexikakos deleted his comment, but I think he’s right –
There is a tenth difference.
I put a screen snip in the box to illustrate the second time around.
True!
Once again, I stopped looking at nine.
There are, this week, very definitely ten differences.
It goes from a dark blue on the left to a light blue on the right.
Alexi and Tigressy… you’re both right.
I know I saw what you did when I first looked at it, but when I made the solution png, I found another difference, making nine… and forgot that one.
Plus, I didn’t check my solution with StelBel or Nighthawks, and apparently none of us noticed.
Oops…
Great! NOW I have to look for the tenth one. I thought I was done.
It’s a good thing I make a list of my finds. It took only a minute to find the tenth one.
there’s a reason i sleep in………….. i find out the true #’s of differences.
this was easy. so next week i’ll only find 2!
found all ten!
Last night i had seven.
I can now only find six of those seven.
I’m terrible at this! 😀
Sometimes I wonder whether Paul Gilligan, the cartoonist of “Pooch Cafe”, reads “Cleo and Company.”
Poncho occasionally does something that Cleo has done.
Today the scared dogs hide behind the couch.

And here is a link back to Saturday, April 30 of this year where I posted the recipe to my favourite cookie. “OATMEAL COOKIES WITH RAISINS AND CHERRIES ON TOP”
…
A picture link to “Break – Up!” (the rest of the comic is there too).
Easily navigable using the included bar.
What’s the difference Saturday!
Good Saturday morning Cleoites!
im still in the hospital. Nothing bad just one of my grandsons tested positive for COVID-19. Monday is the goal for sending me home.
hope all is well. Stay safe. (((((HuGz!)))))

Let’s hope your grandson doesn’t require hospitalization.
It’s pretty much run its course and he’s confined to the upper floor
well, that gives you a few more days to get your exercises in, chasing all the wonderful nurses….
Bad time for the Covid bug to appear. I’m sure you are anxious to be home. I hope your traveling to home goes easily. And I hope your grandson has a mild case and is over it quickly. Take care. Hugs to you, too!!
Aside from the surgical pain, are you able to give the new lungs a good trial yet? I hope they improve your life greatly.
I missed the thumbs up. Sorry.
Im building up my stamina. Walk a little farther each day. My blood oxygen stays over 96
That’s a fantastic number, Plods!
Amazing, in fact, and especially so soon after surgery.
Don’t force the stamina when you get home… easy does it, one day at a time…
And now you HAVE time.
It must feel like a miracle.
Woo, the new glasses are working. Second week in a row for all differences.
