I understood that. I’m pointing out the difference between this puzzle and a previous one. In the previous one YOU made the point that the man’s name is “what” because the puzzle contained “What is the man’s name” without the question mark. Following your same logic, the answer to this one can’t be “What”. Especially not when there is a more obvious answer…
I have my solution all uploaded and ready to post… But just as I’m about to do that, I see a TENTH DIFFERENCE!
Too late to change my solution… it would take too much time to redo it on my phone
And I’m going to admit that I’m wiped out after 5 days of this intense heat wave. Only 90° today after 4 days over 100° and more coming. ( I know… excuses excuses).
Besides, some of you may see what I call the 10th one as encompassing another one, and count it as nine anyway.
I don’t really get a vote, but if I did I’d count any nine or all ten as correct, because it’s labeled nine. But of course, it’s up to Nighthawks, and nobody’s keeping score anyway.
When you’ve finished looking, you can see my solution and a description of #10.
Right HERE!
Plus…. #10 for me… the shelf holding all the bottles is lower in panel 2.
Or you could have counted the one bottle that’s different as part of the whole shelf changing, and still called it nine.
Hey yas don’t even pay any money and yas kin still take ya choice. Good deal, I say!
I got nine, and thought I did well! I missed the one you pointed out in your solution, so I think you’re right in thinking it should be ten differences. In which case, I only got nine 🙁
nighthawks was into the rum again, there are ten differences.
I stopped looking when I found nine as I keep forgetting he does that from time to time. 😎 😎
The “streaks” in the window glass are different as well. Maybe this is yet an additional difference, or not, if you count the entire window as being different.
But like Susan says above, “Hey yas don’t even pay any money and yas kin still take ya choice. Good deal, I say!” Yes, Good Deal, I agree!
Once again, I didn’t create the puzzle, so I’m not qualified to give a definitive answer.
But…
I’d think you kinda have to count the streaks changng as part of the process of moving a section of the window.
The only person who can rule on differences is Nighthawks, and he hasn’t “liked” or indicated whether he agrees with anything I’ve said about it so far.
Agreed, we are not the arbiters. And with your hidden spoiler, just wanted to point out how far down those rabbit holes are.
Incidentally, I did not see the one on the pre-referenced #10 in your original spoiler hide, I saw the #10 but not the other one associated with #10.
Fun, never the less!
Also… My Wi-Fi went out right after I started to post last night, on yesterday’s strip, and since then I’m having to do everything on my phone.
I’d say over half of the time I do have cell service.
But I got back here late… so if you’re looking for a post or a reply from me, I might have made it after you last looked.

That artist nailed it!
But in the competition, he only scored in the single digits.
Couple of the judges were real heels..
He should put his foot down and blow the cover off that joint…
Being stepped on like that is bad for the sole.

We had a similarly phrased question a short while ago.
There could be a few possible answers:
It could be what JP Steve and SusanSunhine believe to be.
If it wanted to be unambiguous,
True…. I’m thinking now that
Not in the case.
Hard to explain on short notice, but…
There being no question mark is only a clue to something NOT being a question.
It only means that I think questions DO (usually) have a question mark.
…
It doesn’t mean the converse, which would be that I think everything WITH a question mark IS a question.
. ..
Kind of like “he’s holding up an umbrella” probably means it’s raining..
“It’s not raining” probably means he not holding up an umbrella.
But his not holding up an umbrella doesn’t mean it’s not raining.
…
It’s quite possible they’re trying to fool us by using one, or using it rhetorically.
Hope that makes some kind of sense 🙃
In any case, the puzzle is very poorly and ambiguously written.
I understood that. I’m pointing out the difference between this puzzle and a previous one. By PUZZLES WORLD,…
…Sixty two is the correct answer.
By giving a “correct” answer, they’re giving either their opinion, or, hopefully, the stated intent of the puzzle creator.
It doesn’t mean it was written well enough for others to find it unambiguous, or for that answer to be the only correct take on it.
….
I feel like some of these puzzles originated with non native speakers of English or have been badly translated from other languages…
You sometimes have to take the solutions with a grain of salt.
Nine! Easy peasy!
Just wait till you hear there are ten.
Nooo!
Oopsie!

Hey yas don’t even pay any money and yas kin still take ya choice. Good deal, I say!
I forgot to say…. The panel used for this puzzle is from the strip i mentioned the other day…
One from the “Great Moments in Bssset History” series: Thomas Alva Basseton invents the electric light bulb.
I said that I liked that the poster of Theda Basset as “Salami” was hanging on his wall.
But when I went looking to see whether I’d saved it… and I had… I discovered that the poster is only hanging in the puzzle, not the original strip.
So I guess it’s actually the puzzle I like.
Ok, I like the strip too. But I especially like this little touch.
I got nine, and thought I did well! I missed the one you pointed out in your solution, so I think you’re right in thinking it should be ten differences. In which case, I only got nine 🙁
I got nine and stopped looking, so I’m claiming victory.
Works for me!
Yes it is, and I counted that instead of an other.
Me too
You’re number 10 is most definitely a separate, significant, and very real difference. I saw that and counted it as one of my nine.

Not ten?
Nope. Even the next morning couldn’t find it. 🙁
My less than perfect record is unblemished. 🙂
