SPOILER?
Forty five
A couple of people posted a mnemonic recently about the order of operation of arithmetic signs absent parentheses. Of course, being an old fool, I did not write them down and cannot remember them. Little help?

Here’s how I figure it.

Mushroom are M
Sheep are S
Bananas are B

M + M + M = 30 ∴ M = 10
10 + S + S = 20 ∴ S = 5
B + B + 5 = 13 ∴ B = 4

M × B + S = ?

10 × 4+ 5 = 45

My guess:

Mushrooms: Number of spots, Hands of bananas: Number of bananas.
3 10-spotted mushrooms equal 30 –> 1 10spotter equals 10 –> 1 sheep equals 5 –> 1 bunch of 4 bananas equals 4
Assuming the missing door is a glitch (I do hope so):
9 spots times 3 bananas plus 1 sheep equal 27 plus 5 equal 32

There is a tripwire here with the Bananas and the Mushrooms.

I get:
A Mushroom is worth 10:

A Sheep is worth 5:

The Hand of Bananas is worth 4:

BUT:

The Mushroom in the fourth row only has 9 spots, so the spots, not the Mushroom is counted:

There are 4 Bananas in each hand in the third row, and only 3 in the fourth row, so each Banana is worth 1.

So we get:

9 x 3 + 5 = ?

Using PEMDAS to Solve:

(9 x 3) + 5 = ?

9 x 3 = 27 + 5 = 32

.

I have edited this to make it easier to understand. Sometimes my brain works in mysterious ways!
