No surprise he looks so well-exercised!
His puppy, on the other hand…

Wow…. I had to look twice, just to make sure it’s him… but I remember seeing other pictures of him with his dog.

I somehow expected George Clooney to always look young….

Suddenly I feel old!

The Beast from 22.727272727272727272….(ad nauseam) Miles Deep” was considered as a title but it didn’t have quite the same ring to it.

Here is a link to     The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms     As always, click through the clutter and go full screen.

Your trivia fact for the day:
The Challenger Deep of the Mariana Trench (the deepest water on the planet) is only 6 miles 4,176 feet deep.

And HMS Challenger (23 March 1875) just happened to have seven miles of sounding line on board to measure it!

¡Ay, Dios mio! It has finally happened, mis Cleomigos!

It says so, right on top: “Perro™ commences his ride!

Perro™ rides! At last, he rides!

….

Avenger of evil, rescuer of mothers and babies…. champion of the down-trodden….

He rides!

Apparently right up onto rooftops…

Or maybe he stands on his horse to climb onto rooftops… yeah, isn’t that what heroes do?

And he leaps onto evil-doers, fists blazing… sword at the ready!

…..

Will he mark the corrupt alcade with a “P”?

Is he going to take up this fight singlehanded?

Who will ride with Perro™?

Stay tuned!

Another day…. but this basset time, this basset channel!

Oh goody! Perro rides! A master horseman, a master swordsman, a master lash-man, & a master pugilist! Is there anything Perro cannot do? I doubt it.

This attachment is a May 1, 2022 check from Le St. Andre.
There are other pictures showing side views of the restaurant using “Saint” in place of “St.” on its signage.

Edited in at 08:39 E.D.T.
That 1 litre of Vittel mineral water is $11.22 Canadian.

A bright spot on a gloomy day. After seeing their prices, though, I think I will stay in the gloom.

Polk Salad Annie, Gator’s got your Granny.

At least in a couple scenes of the Animals, the guitars were plugged in.

Loved Break my Stride animation.

And of course, the emergence of Perro! perro PERRO perro…
