I doubt the above includes shipping, insurance, handling, customs…. etc. etc….
The following quote comes from HERE. “Our mandate was to promote Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, a video game set in 1868 London in which players must lead the lower classes to revolt against the oppressive elite. To immerse gamers in the theme of class inequality, we created Victorian-style posters depicting a different facet of the injustice and class exploitation that ran rampant in many important industrial sectors at the time. Our goal: to incite consumers to fight back against the ruling elite by playing the new game.”
There are many other examples of the game’s posters at the link as well.
That will only open for me if I download a PDF.
Nah…
Meanwhile, it’s the usual.
Vista means view, so we have views of head, rear end, etc.
Standards for a male basset include chest neither too narrow nor deep, body tall and deep over its whole length. Some, like neck and tail, are too blurry to read.
What I want to know is why the breed standards for the Japan Kennel Club are in Spanish.
Probably this poster is available in English too.
And… well… I suppose Japanese.
Are the standards the same as for the American Kennel Club?
Today’s Songs:
‘Come and Get It,’ ‘Crazy Little Thing Called Love,’ ‘Crazy Talk,’ and ‘Crimson and Clover’ and the ‘Cheap Thrills Cuisine’ recipe ‘Apple Bean Salad.’
Having just seen the video for the first time I just found out that Queen’s ‘Crazy Little Thing Called Love’ is an Elvis …?parody / tribute?… (there’s too much there for it to be accidental).
Given that we’re dealing with the flamboyant Freddie Mercury I’m going with tribute.
Incidentally, another flamboyant performer, G. A. O’Dowd, will be up a bit later in the listings.
Crazy talk is OK; this is the first time I’ve ever heard it. The other 3 are excellent! I’ve seen Tommy James (twice) and Queen (once). Admittedly, Tommy James and the Shondels take it up several notches live, so I have a different take on them than Dennis does.
I had a text message from my brother earlier, he told me that he went and saw Billy Joel in concert at Madison Square Gardens last night. Billy said that it was his 140th career appearance at MSG.
Happy to say that my brother enjoyed the concert. I’ve been a fan of Billy’s music for many years, and while I would have liked to have traded places with my brother, I’m really glad he got a chance to see Billy Joel live.
He is a lot of fun live. I saw him in Detroit. My wife & I loved the show, but I bet it’s even better at MSG with his home town crowd. Somewhere in that building was someone seeing him there for the 140th time, LOL.
.
Caramel pupcorn!
Oops… I just realized it isn’t corn.
I think it’s… noooo…
I can’t do it.
Somehow I can joke about pupcorn but not puppy nuggets.
Isn’t that what they cut off when they neuter a young male dog?
NOSE!
..
I hate when they suddenly turn off the water without warning us!
Good thing I hadn’t lathered up my fur yet.
NOSE!!
,.
Reminds me of the top half of a playing card.
Well, it’s not wearing royal garb…
But cats are all self-appointed royalty, aren’t they?
The cat of clubs?
NOSE!!!

you tell a kid NOT to do something ………..
If you added some razor wire and sharp discs, like they do in Texas, I don’t think you will have this problem.

That does kind of explain the choice of train depicted in the poster being absolutely nothing like the LSWR would, or could, run!
Buy our game so we can be part of the elite.

we’re all human…
All of us?
Sigh…..
It didn’t move since last time…

I like the first two. Crazy Talk is OK but Crimson and Clover is nauseating.
so you wouldn’t care for crimson and clover over and over?
Boo!
Crazy talk is OK; this is the first time I’ve ever heard it. The other 3 are excellent! I’ve seen Tommy James (twice) and Queen (once). Admittedly, Tommy James and the Shondels take it up several notches live, so I have a different take on them than Dennis does.
ok, forget the butterfly, find the heart
Not difficult at all.
at this point, I’m happy to post a puzzle nobody’s seen here before
