There is flat black paint on the nose and inside surfaces of the nacelles to prevent glare from blinding the pilot. The dark black on the wing next to the cockpit are textured walkways for the pilot & mechanic. The brownish area mid boom on each side is engine exhaust stains.
Alan Young was the original choice for “Mr. Terrific”; there’s even an unaired pilot.
Sadly, the quality on youtube is really bad. I’ve watched it in good quality on DVD.
likewise—I mean Jeff/Timmie were just farm boys —Rusty was an honorary corporal in the U.S. cavalry with his side kick , not a fluffy collie, but a big
tough German Shepard who was way cooler
I don’t consider the site I got this from particularly reliable so take the answer I found there as you will.
I got twelve as the answer, then read Saint’s answer and realized he is probably right .
Are you saying that last equation is supposed to be the correct answer, as given on a website?
Because…
I don’t see any more reason to join the last and first 1’s of each row, and call them 11s, than to join them with plus signs. In fact perhaps less reason.
They’re quite clearly separated by a space, and therefore separate entities.
I think 12 makes more sense… though I now agree with Saint that as written, the answer is 2
ā„ It’s great. The ocean is so close. And you’re not hanging over the ravine like some of the other homes appear to be (Google Earth). Do you cook? The kitchen looks really nice.
.
I’ll be here all week, folks…
“Hey! How about a game of anything?”
Believe me, Dalmations are hyper enough without coffee.
Don’t give her a refill just because she’s adorable.
Might have been a pupachino. A small cup of whipped cream.
But then i don’t see blobs of cream anywhere.
She’s really a black Lab…
LOL
Danger! Puppy!
Especially a Dalmation puppy.
They eat houses along with their inhabitants.
Miss Milly High Maintenance.
know the feeling
Leonardo DaVinci
I always thought he was bald…
And gray.
“Saint John the Baptist”
By Wikipedia it’s currently displayed in THE LOUVRE ABU DHABI.
Whoever this is found this installment of Murder on the Midnight Express rather funny.
It wouldn’t take much to photoshop that into a middle finger, would it?
BAD Steve!!
P-38 Lightning
@P51Strega…. 3rd cousin once removed?
Beautiful! I’ve never seen one in bare metal like that.

that’s interesting…the details give it so much more color
Pun alert. Pun Alert.
…
Mr. Ed can even read a newspaper upside down!
Apparently so can Wilbur.
He WAS a very smart horse.
Alan Young was the original choice for “Mr. Terrific”; there’s even an unaired pilot.

I know these guys! Or, at least their characters.
.,
Am I blue? Am I blue?….
Could this be a surveillance pickle?
They are bumpy.
And they splash rather than crunch…
.,
Yo, Rinty!!!
And Rusty!
Woo-hoo two in a row I remember. I always preferred Rin Tin Tin to Lassie.

if you click on it, the fine print is readable
Funny that in 1961 they thought cars would look that different in 1969…. And that it would only take 8 years to get all this built.
It takes 8 years to get someone to full a pot-hole…
It took way longer than that to get our light rail system here even started… and it still doesn’t go anyplace useful.
Imitating Sgt. Shultz:
“I see nothing.”
when in doubt , squint
I win!
Is this a trick question?
Why wouldn’t it
No.
The power of multiplying by nothing.
But only one “1” is multiplied by zero, unless they’re reading it in a different order from mine…. Which sometimes happens nowadays.
I just left that “1” out of the total.
But i know there’s something else I’m not seeing.
The upper rows are not connected to the lowest one.
As Saint said, and I agreed, just below, and again in in my answer to Alexi.
well, I cut off the large bold lettering proclaiming that 90% fail to get it right
Whew!
It seems to me that the only equation is the last line as there are no plus signs at the end of the first 2 rows. So 1×0=0 leaving 1+1=2?
There it is!
That’s what my eyes ignored… No signs between the rows, so it’s not one long addition problem.
And the only question mark is on the only equation.
Thank you.
EEP, that means they wrapped the lines mid 11. That makes the answer 30 !
I got twelve as the answer, then read Saint’s answer and realized he is probably right .
1+1+1+1+11+1+1+1+11+1*0+1 = 30
I’m a bit confused.
Are you saying that last equation is supposed to be the correct answer, as given on a website?

The hero, riding off into the sunset. If it was a western.
Except he keeps sliding back. I’ve never seen the Lone Ranger do that š
It figures that Cleo would be all about Sam Basset.
Very nicely wrapped up, i’d say.
And there you have it, Cleo fans!
Hahahahaha!
The incredibly unforeseeableā¦ yet somehow believableā¦ solution!
And not even Sam Basset had it totally right!
….
Good one, Nighthawks!
Nice animation, too.
I do have a few remaining questions….
Like… why was that particular carpet sticking out into the aisle?
The only one to do so….
Also…. I hate to mention it… but Mr. GC is… still… you know… the ex Mr. GC.
If nobody murdered him… why is he not still extant instead of ex?
But he was so… er… well liked…. NOT…. maybe it’s not important.
….
BTW….This is the first time Iāve ever seen Cleo mention any sort of doggie attraction.
Usually sheād be more inclined to notice another dogās weaponry than his charmā¦.
Sam must be some stud!
And I was NOT thinking weād be seeing the Cliffords tonight!
My offer on the home was accepted.

Looks nice! On to all the inspections?
