I can come up with a sentence that fits the letters and the description… but it contains words I don’t use here.

Er… I mean..uh… words I don’t use… Yeah, that’s what I meant.

Anyway, I have to assume that by “code” he means “acronym”.

I’m going with a work-of-art on this one.
Every other place at this     WEBSITE      has a location listed for it; this one’s description is “AMAZING WATER FOUNTAIN.”

My search says he’s the Giant, at the entrance to Swarovski Crystal Worlds, in the Tyrol…. in Wattens, Austria.

There’s a park, museum, restaurant and (of course) a huge Swarovski store.

But I’m wondering whether either this one is a copy, or the photo is altered, because other pictures I’ve found show a door in the base, and a whole museum beneath him.

In any case, an odd looking sort of fellow, in my eyes, to represent a world of sparkling crystal.

Very careful attention given to angles and width of field it looks like.

It looks like changes have been made in the time between the pictures. The first shows a scattering of loose rock at the water’s edge, the other two pictures show a small rock wall/ledge.

The thing is, AFAIK, he was purpose-built on top of and along with the museum.

Nighthawks’ bottom picture shows the rock wall, as well.

It’s possible that the top picture was in the off season, or maybe some other time, when it needed a bit of maintenance.

BTW I’m wondering whether there are crystals in the “paving” of the nose and eyes.

It has to do with lift and thrust.

Weight, surface area, and speed. Think of skis, when you’re moving fast enough they keep you on the surface of the water (Or powder snow) but if you slow down too much you sink.

The greater the surface area, the slower you can go and not sink.

Aquaplaning on a wet road works the same way.

There’s no such thing as a bad pun… Only bad people who make them.

Can I make a couple more?

Of Corsican!

I suppose it would be a cheesy one, to tell Napoleon to try the Elba macaroni while he’s there.

Elba actually became his ex-isle, a year later.

Sigh … I was hoping to do better, but it’s the middle of the night … like Napoleon Basset, I’m coming up a little short.

I almost said it but I decided it wasn’t punny…

Besides, it’s famous.. I didn’t make.it up myself.

But yeah… “ere I saw Elba.”

I also like “A man, a plan, a canal, Panama.” (Teddy Roosevelt.)

Gotta love that Clio. Her puns are deadlier than her bazooka.
