I’m reasonably certain that this is a photograph from somewhere within the Vatican of its dome, but other than that I can find nothing that confirms or gives a credit.
Anyone?

not a very smooth transition from the last frame to the first but to realize we’re looking at a color video of the drone sent to Mars to explore……I’m still amazed that all this is happening in our limited lifetimes. I remember the big deal it was back in 1971 when NASA flew a spacecraft to a near Mars fly-by that gave us all our first peek at the red planet.
I remember being disappointed that the first photos merely resembled our own desolate moon
And it must be preprogrammed because time lag makes direct control impossible. It’s commanded to fly and then everyone watches the clock for about an hour wondering. When the results come, they cheer and then think, “if only we sent it over that way” and plan the next flight.
Bonus Saturday! I love when the spot-the-differences puzzle is funny. I had a good laugh at Julius sees her. I also want to comment the art work on Claud’s hand. None of the big named cartoonists can do decent hands (hand’s are hard); but Claud’s hand is outstanding!
I appreciate that, old top!
I must point out that Greg Evans, who draws Luann hasan excellent grasp (heehee) of the correct rendering of hands and anatomy

Oh my GOD! It a MUTANT!

Sorry. My bad. Dirty reading glasses.
That was my first impression too… even though I knew it couldn’t be.

He was not a magician. He was an escape artist, with sleight of hand on the side.
Very good sleight of hand.

Did the fish catch a bug or did the lure catch a fish?

Ah! Mayfly tails! I was sure they weren’t legs!
…but how long can he hold it?
He’s levitating and they’re not even paying attention.
BTW, the woman one in from the right, front row, is disqualified for cheating.
I noticed that too
Dang… I stopped looking after 9 differences.
Gotta look again and be back with the solution.
Luckily I’m seeing this early!
Ten here. The old ones are easier!
No kidding!
Found ten, too.
Nine on the second look through, I’ll come back to it a bit later.
A nice diversion from the New Yorker covers. I found 9 as my keen powers of observation didn’t see the “Oops” note…
I got nine. Stopped. Read Susan’s comment. Didn’t find the tenth.

you’d think it would be called Spanish-American rice—you know, like the war
Boo! 😀
Someone, I won’t name him but he’s not a knight and he hocks nothing at pawn shops, seems to like collecting these.

Oops! I redid the solution and got distracted…
But I’m baaaack… and I’m bringing you all ten differences.
Try to find them first yourself, as always…
But if you really can’t get them all, you’ll see the rest…
That’s what I’ve got.
OK, the one I missed was just plain sneaky!
I only got nine before I gave up. #10 ended up being too obvious.
only nine!
i only got 9 before i had to stop! it’s always fun to have an easy one!!!
Dang, one of my 10 wasn’t one, so… only 9.
I was trying to decide if
Hmmm…
I can’t…
They all look about the same weight to me.
Just for the future…. Cleo isn’t hand lettered, and in most fonts you can’t make a word halfway bold.

Had it only once, at a good German restaurant….too dry. This one pictured looks moister and the mashed potatoes creamy. Yum!
Yum!

But with river channels.
What amazes me is that it can fly at all.
Mars’s atmosphere is very, very thin.

I agree! Hands are hard and Nighthawks seems to draw them effortlessly!
Of course, we don’t get to see the effort he puts into contorting himself to look at his hand in the right position to draw.
